- Shaolin staff workout that will kick your butt
This 5 minute workout is made up of 5 easy staff techniques. Each one is performed 10 seconds slowly, with an emphasis on good technique, then 10 seconds fast as you can. This is repeated 3 times.
1) Fishermans Paddle
2) Fishermans Paddle Reversed
3) Figure 8
4) Figure 8 Reversed
5) Overhead Strike

If you need more of a challenge try a heavier staff or do more sets of each exercise.
