This looks delicious...Gotta a quick tip for ya.....When your using just the 1 burner to cook on...You can lay a piece of foil on the other 2 next to it so the grease does'nt pop on them....it just makes clean up easier...I do it on my flat top range....hope this helps...God Bless

Looks good all but mushrooms. I know leave them out lol. Have never liked them but love asparagus.
That would be good with the good Amish egg noodles x either on the side for those who need them. Or, put it on top of the egg noodles. I like the baked potato idea.I need to get some asparagus started. It takes years to get the beds established. I should have sone it 6 yrs ago when I got this place and they’d be on their way.

This looks so good! Thanks so much for sharing the recipe. Just a thought - while we are eager for the taste tests - maybe taking a smaller bite would help you not have to talk with your mouths full. Maybe you and B could tag team...one take a bite while the other is talking, etc. Take your time chewing so you can enjoy it. Hope this didn't seem critical of your sweet hearts. Not my intent. ❤️❤️

I am so excited to make this! We have gone low carb because my husbands type two diabetes as well as we are older parents to a beautiful son that has level 3 autism. We want to be here for him as long as possible.
