Damn i missed it!! I was in Cairo Egypt for a week in April, i found a golds gym in Heliopolis , then i went to Nile for lunch, then Giza to see the Pyramids. Had the time of my life !! I met Emmydel or Omnia !! She helped me get ubers and wifi. Went to Cairo Tower too!! Maybe next time.
Guys having access to a gym like this is great. But to anyone who cannot, do not despair. Some of the strongest lifters have trained in their basements or garages with very basic equipment. A power rack, bench, olympic bar, lots of plates and chin up dips station, heavy dumbells are all you need to get big and strong along with loads of resolve and dermination
