Another great one bowl recipe, Marie. I love one bowl-ers. AND...who doesn't love home made chocolate chip cookies? Another superb recipe.❤ Thank you.😊
I was thinking of you when I made this one, Joan! 🥰 So glad you enjoyed it! I’m going to work on some more for this series if one-bowlers - all thanks to your comment! Stay tuned! ❤️
Hi! I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed the cookies! Thank you for watching and especially for taking time to circle back to leave a note - means so much to me and other viewers 🥰 Thank you. Big hugs, Marie
I have found adding the choc chips and flour together is ok bc the chips actually help mix everything, and you don't have to mix it a second time, so less overworking...
Hi! Thanks so much for watching and for this wonderful tip! So smart, thank you! I will try it next time 👍🏻 Thanks again and please stay tuned for more new recipes soon - Marie
I really enjoy watching hung your videos! The way you explain & demonstrate what to do makes cooking and baking look easy & fun. Thanks for sharing the videos with us, it’s a blessing
Hi Marie. I made this recipe with gluten free flour. They came out perfect! One question….they really didn’t spread out like normal cookies. I’m thinking I “could” add baking powder to help with the spread? What do you think?
Hi Mary! Great to hear from you and I’m so glad they were a success! Here are a few things you might look at regarding spreading: Did you chill the dough before baking by chance? That can reduce spread. Work with warm dough if possible. The other thing you might look at is how much flour you are adding. Best to very lightly scoop the flour and then level off. Excess flour can prevent spread. Also, GF flour (made up of very fine starches) can absorb more liquid and result in a thicker dough, which can reduce spread. And finally, yes, great idea of the baking powder! I do often add extra leavening to GF baked goods. I would only add 1/2 teaspoon so it doesn’t throw off the flavor. Thanks for the feedback! So glad you enjoyed them. Let me know if you need anything else ❤️, Marie
@@marieskitchen hi! No, I didn’t chill the dough….to excited to make them and eat them to “waste time” chilling …ha! I leveled off the flour but maybe in my quest to make sure all the air holes were filled it compacted too much. I’ll make a note of that for the future. And thanks for the tip for 1/2 tsp of baking powder. All in all they are so good! They taste exactly like chocolate chip cookies made with all purpose flour. Thank you for the great recipe!
Hi! You know, I’m not exactly sure on that. Brown sugar has more moisture so I’m concerned the dough may be too wet. You might cut back the sugar or toss in an extra tablespoon of flour? Just some ideas and I hope they help! Thanks for watching, Marie

What brand is your fish spatula?
Hi Marie! I’m going to try this but I have a question. Can I sub the regular all purpose flour for GF flour?
Hi Mary! Yep! I’ve not made this exact recipe with GF flour, but 1:1 substitution usually works with cookies. Hope that helps! ❤️, Marie
@@marieskitchen thank you! I’ll let you know how they turn out. I did it with the apple cinnamon scones today. Delish!
Wow! New sub here! I recently made Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars on my page too and *your dish looks amazing!* Hope to stay connected! 😀
Hey there! Thanks so much Chef! I can’t wait to check out your channel! I’ve never made cookies as bars so will have to try that ☺️
Hi Marie, wondering if this recipe can be made with all brown sugar, no white sugar? (Responses from others are also welcomed, thanks!).

Try making them into bars
Hi Carol! Great idea! Would you just press it into a 9x13 baking pan? Going to have to try that 😊 Thanks so much ❤️, Marie
These were very nice thank u they were a bit sugary maybe I added too much I don’t know thanks tho
