I purchased the Dell G15 5520 3050 16Gb version in month of July, and now from few days I am hearing a crackling sound from my both hinge sides, it makes that sound only while closing the display lid and it makes it for 3 to 6 times only in the first course of closing I mean the sound is heard at the very beginning during closing the lid; after the lid is closed half the sound is not heard, anyone knows any possible reason and should I be worried ? because I used the display lid very properly with all the possible precautions that are mentioned on internet. The opening of display lid is buttery smooth

I have read on Dell website that it contains one SSD slot but my other friends who purchased this same laptop with specifications just 16 gb ram from an offline store who said that it contains two SSD slots. There is a lot of confusion about this laptop. Dell says the existing 512 gb can be replaced with a 1tb SSD but my question is can I replace it with 2TB.
Left and right me foam Jo hay wo just foam tape hay just for dust protection and air ventilation. And motherboard ke upar brown colour ka Jo hay wo coper tape hay for better heat dissipation and distribution

@@कालेकचेवाला if you replace from authorised service centre they will replace whole Lcd module including hings . If you done from outside then you can replace the hings only . If you are facing hinges came out issue. Then may your top cover be broken.because hinges are metal parts that can't be damaged easily. Pls check before replacing parts .

If your model have extra SSD slot you can definitely install another SSD proper way.

Yes but you have to report over heating issue.
Because normally if you told them to replace they can deny or may charge.

Check properly at support.dell.com website if there is showing your ram frequency then it will run at that frequency
ur system will be unstable
The system won't boot and won't like it. You have to stick to 4800MHZ. I upgraded mine to 32GB recently with the Crucial 16GB x2 Kit
