@@pavfrang have you tried this?. I remember that if I removed all the SSD drives, then there were no options for SSD drives in the BIOS. No, the option itself was on the side of the panel, but the other options inside didn’t seem to indicate any SSDs. If you installed one SD drive, the option in the BIOS appeared for an SSD drive. For one. although you can install two sd on this laptop. Two SSD slots on the board are soldered. I'm writing about alienware M15 R 7.

    • @EdijsBafs

@@pavfrang I'll tell you another story. I bought this alienware a month back on ebay, with a 3070 video card. processor 12700. I decided to immediately buy an upgrade board for this laptop, because I saw a board at a good price that was written for such a laptop, but with a 12900 processor. I received this laptop and board. but there were big problems on the laptop. The rear USB and video card 3070 were not working. So I postponed the option of upgrading the laptop and returned the laptop back to the seller. Now I ordered, bought the rest of the parts, and am assembling the laptop in parts. I checked the board, everything works. This board also has only one SD connector. Therefore, before sending the laptop back to Alienware, I compared where the difference is for the SSD, and found a couple of small parts missing. I recorded all this, took pictures, and soon I’m thinking of installing a second SD connector. It’s a small strange thing that on the Dell website my new motherboard was identified as G 16 7620, but in the BIOS, after the update, I see the inscription G 15 5520. processor i9 12900 on board. and it turns out that for this board, they write a laptop, the warranty is full, the most complete, until April 2027. I registered all this in my name. I bought the board there on ebay, they said it was new, the packaging had just been opened. I uploaded the BIOS video from the new board to the gpuz techpowerup website. There has never been such a BIOS on that site. 150 watts. for 3070 ti. 94.04.7F.40.D4
