Sharon, I got this adapter also and I love it. I have to go in reverse on my machine because in forward it didn’t work good at all. I’ve had no problems since. I love the Hershnerrs yarn called Hayfield bonus. It makes hats like your blue one with a beautiful stitch, and it has been on sale for $1.99. Also a 3 ply wool yarn came out awesome -from the Kramer mystery box. Simply soft, pound of love also good. Enjoy your new adapter!!
Hello Sharon Lee, I am really happy to see you posting the video. I am the inventor of this adapter. If you have any questions, you can contact me. I will give you a suggestion. The screws that fix the adapter can be properly tightened. There is a request that requires your approval, I want to post this video you made on my homepage, I wonder if you can agree
Oh my gosh.. I'm so glad to have discovered this. I love the Sentro but with my physical health the cranking gives me pain. I've just sent for one of these and am so excited as I was wondering if someone had invented such a thing! I will watch all your videos now and thank you so much for this response.
Hello.. sorry it took awhile for me to answer this comment... been a bit busy lately.. I will be posting today an update.. it's working fine. The only issue I have is I need to hold the adapter to keep it stable when knitting.. but still i still find it more comfortable than cranking manually.. what if I add a kind of a strong glue to hold the adapter? In your instructions, you said do not screw it tightly but it keeps on falling off still..
I can’t lift the cover of my machine handle, there is just no way unless I risk breaking it. What am I missing pls? Could you help me? Just got the adaptor and the blue tool has no gap around the handle cover to be inserted into. Thx
Nice gadget. I do like it but I wish the adapter would not fall off. Glad you gave us a glimpse of this new item..it helps to decide if I should purchase one or not. Nice and funny video with your little kitty.
It definitely needs a better quality screw, but I found not to be scared when screwing it in as it does take a little force to make it secure. Not sure how long it will last though.. 🤔
I like the gadget. I just hope that theres a better way to attach it. I had to remove the black foam because thats the one thats pushing it and cause it to fall off. I needed to hold it while knitting. I know its just a new accessories maybe in the future, this will be improved by the inventor.
With motor attachment I put the screw that attaches to the handle then to the body of the gear. I instead put the screw into the motor handle hole and then tightened into the black hole into the body of the machine. It makes it kinda permanent. I also attached Sentro handle to the square part and now I can use the handle very easily. Let me know if you need help.
Thanks.. I would love to see how you set it up in a photo. Please DM it on my IG: @sharonlee26 I have been running out of options. I really want to make it permanent while also have the option to crank it using the usual handle thay it comes with. Thanks.
Hi Sharon my name is Raquel i live in Puerto Rco, can you please tell were to buy the motor or my Sentro machine I also have a Addi machine can I use it in the machine thank you so much for this video it majes it easier for us older people thanks again many blessings
Good morning Ms. Lee. I purchased the Aidilier electric adapter. I have experienced the attachment stopping after about 45 minutes. Also, the knob constantly pop off. Have you encounter this
Yes I do.. I removed the black part hoping it would solve the issue. It did but still I have to constantly press it coz it now just stops if it doesnt align with the Rotating metal inside. Good thing it doesnt drop the stitch, I just need to press it to contjnue.
For tube knitting, this one is wider and you can make adult hats with it. You can try panel knitting to work in rows and then choose how many pins you want to work with. There are 3 other sizes of Sentro.. 40 , 32 (the mushroom type) and 22 needles. You can make a small kid size Beanie using 40 pin. 32 and 22 sizes.. you can make headbands with it. You can also make some amigurumi with smaller sizes.
There is absolutely no way to lift the handle cover with the tool. Mine seems to be in one piece with no way to lift. Unless I risk breaking it. What am I missing pls?
One of the screws from the handle came off with ease but the other machine I have the screw absolutely will not come off. Maybe a lube or oil would help.
Not yet.. been thinking of applying a strong glue but I'm afraid it cant be undone.. and using the hand drill is still a good option especially when you go somewhere
@@SharonLee2600 I did get the adapter, and found that you can screw it a bit tighter to make it more stable. However, when I took it off and then wanted to put it on again, the screws are so small it shredded and got completely stuck in the cranking handle so I've had to send for a new part! Seems like you'd need to have two machines, one with the adaptor permanently attached but like you say, not very convenient if you want to take it places. It is useful though, but again as you say, the screwdriver thing works well and I do use that on my smaller Sentro.
What happened with it? My screw cross threaded and shredded in the Sentro trying to get it out the second time. It was easier with a really good screwdriver but the screws definitely need to be better quality because they won't last taking them in and out regularly.
I checked it and it was tight. The screw has nothing to do with the electric adapter. There's not much for the electric adapter to hold on to. . That's the issue but its better compared to using the drill.
🥰I came for the adapter....but stayed for the kitty❤️❤️❤️❤️lol....too cute!!

Your kitty is tooooo cute! That part could totally go viral. You mentioned it going backwards, would you please do a video on panel mode ♥
Love your cat .. he’s so precious, oh and by the way, thank you for the video on the adapter

OMG the kitty is sooooo cute. Not sure if you'll ever get anything made unless you do kn a separate room 😅
He is not as playful as before maybe because he has turned 1 last year and not about to be 2 on June 2024.
How does the panel knit function work? Have you used it?
Yes I did try. .but I don't need it at the moment.

Cute kitty i love colour reminds me of my one
Wow. That's cool is there one for other machines
There's one for Addi too. For Sentro, you need to buy one for 48 pin .
Can you share the link where did you buy your sentro knitting machine
I got all of mine on Amazon ❤️
I have one, but you have to be careful, not to press reverse, did it a few times, talk about drop stitch! But apart from. That it's good.
Yes I did the reverse a couple of times 😅
Your cat wants attention. My cat never gets near my yarn... It likes my husband more.
What yarn is good for making benies
Thank you. Can this be used for the 22 sentro also? 44 sentro?

@@SharonLee2600 I don’t understand can this adapter be used on sentro 22 needle? Or only 48?
my cat is the same 🤣 thanks for the video!
Eu também vim pelo adaptador , mas amei❤❤ o gatinho ❤❤❤
Thank you.. the adapter is so much better than using the drill.
Lol your cat though so funnyv
My electric adapter when screwed in is still slack .any ideas
None at the moment,
A better quality screw is needed.

There's a screw in the middle. Unscrew it using the screw driver.
