crazy how the universe speaks. we just did 100k last month but ive never been less connected with my purpose. plus we started the month right back at zero. its constant anxiety trying to get new clients. ive been think mrr. thanks for this video
I love that you say "lean in". I actually wrote a book called Lean In. It's about my dad's journey with colon cancer, but the premise is about leaning into discomfort, learning, growing, and evolving. I love your content. Thank you.
amazing info! thank you! curious, how would you structure a membership for holistic health coaches who focus on healing and getting to the root cause, since every week new people could be on the call?
Hey Nicole - I would do one of two options: a) run the group as a cohort for X amount of weeks, where everyone starts at the same time, or b) create an evergreen program where you put all the training inside of an online course and then do weekly calls just for Q&A as people go through the course on their own. You could do A first, record it, and then use the recordings to do B. I like B a lot and it's what I've done the most.
Who are the gurus that quit? And I love the video, are you recommending we do both? Add more value to the high ticket and offer low ticket with great value too?
They Quit because the people that they sell to don't have the money to pay them and they are more conscious because of covid. When you sell to an audience that will never have to worry about being able to pay you, you can still sell high ticket coaching. This is my opinion, thoughts?

I admire your honesty, thank you for sharing that.
Is the lack of connection to purpose related to the structure of your offer, or something else?
Really like your flow in this and 90k videos
Thank you Denis! Your channel is looking solid :)

What a great book title. Did you publish it? I went looking for it on Amazon.
I've seen this too lol - way to stay the course, Brian
Times are changing a little! But it’s better for the customer so that’s what matters 👊
I like this approach.

Really interesting, thanks for explaining this

The general idea is to build out more steps in the customer journey, versus asking people to jump straight to high ticket.
❤❤❤

Do you mean a more affluent audience? If so, I totally agree.
