I feel bad for Lee Jung-jae. He deserved better material.
He’s a really good actor but people trash on the show I feel bad for him
Exactly, I want to like him! But they make him awful! The Sith guys pretty damn good to, but they give him awful lines.
He’s doing a great job with what he’s been given
He’s been great. The conflict in him is so cool.
This whole show is a very big waste of great potential
Can someone please explain how Yoda can sense anakin being knighted as a sith from an entire different solar system, but he and NONE of these peoples masters, former padawans, and friends don't sense 2 sith running around and murdering members of their order? During the Golden Era of the light side
Yoda never sensed Dooku, Sidious, Palpatine either. This one ain't an issue
It is an issue 12 Jedi died in quick succession in around a weeks time. Yoda not sensing it is not how star wars work. Yoda would definitely sense this unbalance in the force.
@@ThatGuy-tx4vmThat’s because they were in the shadows not doing anything themselves at first. These other sith are going around killing Jedi. After Maul killed Jin, they were cautious but couldn’t sense Palpatine because he was super powerful in the dark side of the force. Also, he sent other people to do his dirty work like Jango Fett snd Zam. Stop defending a shit show. Nobody likes it and it makes no sense. It’s also boring and woke propaganda bs.
@dctos9645 he sent other people to do his dirty work? Did you forget about his duel with Maul and Savage?
@@dctos9645 im not defending this show. I am talking about this one argument. Dooku killed Jedi in those years, like the tiger dude. Plus, Yoda had a connection to him already. As for the other examples... During the empire's reign Vader and Palpatine sensed every single time the force acted up or something happened in connection to the force around the galaxy.
Your argument about Sidious being powerful is correct, but Yoda not sensing the acts of dark jedi or sith is not a new thing. Keep in mind that Yoda sensed the jedi dying in revenge of the sith... When they were dying by the thousands! Here there were 7 jedi deaths. That is something that was investigated immediately... But the power of Qimir maybe is not that high or maybe the council sensed the jedi dying but not exactly how or why. In the clone wars i recall one instance when the whole galaxy sensed a disturbance and it was Maul's extreme rage fuelled revival. The other single force user Yoda sensed was enraged Anakin... Because he is Anakin Other instances, besides 10'000 jedi dwindling to 100-200, were not sensed by yoda
Nothing Happened

Master Yoda was taking a dump during the events of episode 5.😅

And yet more people are tuning in for this show than who went to see Minus One. So... there you go.
@@faisalmemon285 2 Reasons: 1. It technically takes place before the OG. 2. The actual reason: When Japan was hit with the A-Bombs, the Japanese there considered that to be what they call "Point Zero" for the country because of the state of things there then.
So, with that in mind, imagine having to live there with that kind of devastated environment with what's left of the government or civilization there, which is not much then, and then this big giant monster buffed up or spawned by the Atomic Bombs comes along as you and your people are rebuilding and surviving, when you're already at your country's Point Zero.
THAT is why the movie is called Minus One, truthfully! Because the Minus One IS Godzilla. Get it? It's a step worse than Point Zero for Post WW2 Japan...so it's in the negatives now because of this unstoppable monster.

The fact that the Council and Qui-Gon don't even consider Dark Jedi, Fallen Jedi, Corrupt Jedi or any other fraction should tell you that Lucas never intended for these groups to exist. He who is not a Jedi must be a Sith.
No there is a real difference between dark jedi and sith. The first dark jedi were banished into the unknown regions where they had discovered the homeworld of the real Sith species.
They overthrew them and became the masters of the Sith and they also intermixed with the sith species. That was the birth of the Sith ideology, religion, culture.
@@Valkyraw You're citing a bunch of crap that was never in the movies. In The Phantom Menace it's made clear that for the Jedi all "evil Force users" are Sith. Qui Gon doesn't bring up Dark Jedi, Yoda doesn't speculate that it's just a Dark Jedi, Ki-Adi Mundi recalls the history and says the Sith were extinct for a millenia. Nobody in the room even suggests that Maul could be from the Darky McShlurpo Order or Knights of Ren or any other variation, because Lucas never intended for these things to be a thing. He only created the Jedi and the Sith. Dark Jedi are just another addition created by external authors and exploited in the EU for the sake of cool lightsaber and Force battles. In reality these things are not in line with Lucas' vision and The Acolyte should never feature any Sith or dark side users, because the Jedi automatically link all dark side users to the Sith.

He’s trying to kill Tenebrous, who probably doesn’t know he’s doing this - as most masters don’t. I bet he finds out and kills Qi’mir who probably sacrifices himself for Osha but he kills all the Jedi in the processs. Then Tenebrous finds a new more formidable apprentice (that could be Plagueis). I think you're reading the Sith thing entirely wrong. Ki Adi Mundi never said that no Jedi had been killed in a thousand years. He just said there had been no Sith. There's only one person left who knows Qimir as "a Sith"... and he'll likely die. Also, Qimir's master was almost certainly Vernestra. Qimir kept talking about being discarded by his master. He SAYS he was a Jedi a LONG time ago. The scar on his back looks like it was made not by a traditional lightsaber... but by a whipsaber. For whatever reason, Master Vernestra discarded Qimir and he now wants revenge. Does Vernestra know him as a Sith? Or does she just know him as a fallen apprentice? There's a difference between a fallen apprentice and an actual Sith. And maybe Qimir just "calls" himself a Sith because he knows of them from studying history. Maybe he never actually trained with a real Sith.
I came into this series already set on hating it. I hated everything about the Director, Kathleen Kennedy and the main actress. But I'm locked into the show at this point. Does it have its weak points? Absolutely. Hell, RotJ had Ewoks and TPM had bad dialogue and Jar Jar. But we look passed those things, now. I'm really loving the Qimir character and Master Sol. Looking forward to next week.
I like Qimir and Sol as well, but it's hard to get past the terrible dialogue or illogical actions occurring in nearly every scene...

I would’ve loved seeing a conflict from the Sith perspective, illustrating how there are jerks and saints on both sides, like how it’s possible to be on the Light Side while playing as a Sith in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
What the heck is the real show about, anyway?!
Manny Jacinto is crushing the role of “ the stranger”.
Sol’s conflict is compelling.
Venestra is so dark as a Jedi.
The Jedi knew that something dark was out there the entire time. Yoda knew it. Ki Adi knew about it. Mace Windu knew about it.
FYI Star Wars Theory is Secretly a Jedi Knight!! 😎
I'll admit, I liked episode 5. Episode 6 is so jarring in terms of a pace shift. One episode is end to end action and this episode feels like a sitcom. The pacing and story is terrible
Yoda too busy tapping yaddle on a unknown planet during these events 😂
One of the stupidest things Lucas did in the prequels( and he did a lot of stupid things) was say the Sith hadn’t been there for a thousand years. That means no one could ever include was of the most fascinating things about Star Wars (Jedi vs. Sith) in a thousand year time period. For no reason at all except he figured no one would ever tell stories in this time period. So if Disney who spent 4 billion dollars wants to tell Jedi vs. Sith stories then they are going to. They shouldn’t be beholden to one wooden line of dialogue that handcuffs the entire story. It easily explained by a few possible things. Or just ignored. Similar to the many things Lucas ignored when doing prequels. Luca/Leia kissing. Leia remembering her mother. Obi Wan not knowing R2/D2 and C3PO. The list goes on. Disney is altering the lore, pray they don’t alter it any further. But honestly who cares about one line of dialogue. Lucas certainly didn’t when writing the prequels.
Ok, so far… random assassin starts killing Jedi Masters (one of which was killed in broad daylight, publicly, in front of countless witnesses), causing a number of Jedi to investigate the deaths, leading them to a massacre against a self professed Sith, that himself has now left both multiple living witnesses and a trail of bodies to be discovered by other Jedi… and at the end of this story, not a single Jedi will think the sith might have returned? 🤯
The story isn't finished yet bud. Ever read bane? Yeah something similar. Yet, the Jedi thought it was a crazy man who massacred the recon force and not sith
Sol will take the blame - Homer
Sol : I do anything for Homer
With Quimir having the scars on his back and the bald lady having a lightsaber whip plus saying suspicious things, it's more likely that she'll try to cover it all up which is why her insistance to go herself.
@@armaniwebb4467the entire story hinges on each and every character making the worst choices possible.
Had the Jedi not pardoned an accomplice to assassinating Jedi, or at the very least read his mind, sith are done…
Had Yord followed orders and gotten to the ship, sith are exposed.
Had Ousha not convinced Sol to spare the sith (even though she intended to kill him herself), sith are done.
Had Sol not foolishly listened to Ousha, sith are done. Or if he at the very least took proper steps to restrain/arrest him, they are exposed/done.
Just too many contrived things have to happen in order for the plot to continue. I don’t know how you ignore it all…
Behold the power of the Force Dyad, the twins have the power of force sleep.
Well I haven't seen it, so it didn't happen.
It's set in a period which separates the EU and the movies, sanctioned by Kk Disney Stars, so I do not acknowledge any of the High Republic.
Nothing happened today, moving on.
its too OP
Nearly took out Theory at the beginning of the video
"there's only one option"
*Proceeds to list 4 Sith*
dude HOW CAN lower level jedi even hide shit from the council just read their minds LMAO
What if Ki-Adi-Mundi never actually finds out that Qimir is a Sith? Doesn't seem to mess with The Phantom Menace
Obviously Sol is going to get blamed for offing all the Jedi ...
This was the redemption for the series. Forgive me for my force foresight… Sol is obviously the one who is “Palpatine “ esk, hiding in clear sight, slaughtering witnesses, knowing of pure force-being’s whilst manipulating them. TBH nobody cared, nor cares, for Kai Undies, hopefully, this entire string theory of a story, ENDS and vilifies Mundi… as if this story was just that… a nothing burger bollywood entertainment all SW fans got sucked into and was never entered into the Archives.😂
My worst fear for this series was Disney’s ability to destroy the lore and abundance that Star Wars has to offer. Unfortunately I believed the first five episodes were out to destroy all the lore that I came to love, even to this day, with no respect… and i freaking hated it… However, after this episode, minus the mystery, this is still star wars “esk” in the sense that nobody knows exactly wtf is going on (I am your father). and our only hope is that Disney doesn’t s* on the Sith like they are doing to the Jedi, un-ironically enough.
Can we just talk about how disney's jedi/sith can just heal people??? Literally breaks the entire story of star wars, and Anakin Skywalker..... The whole point becoming vader was to save Padme. He couldn't just force heal her like all this disney bs?? lol
the twist is gonna be that osha/mae is actually one person and is insane with a split personality
Planet of Bal'demnic...???
Great episode, I can't wait for the 7th flashback episode where we will learn what happened from the point of view of the Jedi 16 years ago.
As for the plot, it was a good setup for the last two final episodes.
The unnamed planet where Kimir was, in my opinion, may be the one used in the book by Darth Tenebrous and Darth Plagueis because of the mines on Cortosis, as we had, I can see in the episode that there was a vein of this metal on the wall.
And that shot from inside the helmet reminded me that stormtroopers can barely see anything through their helmets.
And with this helmet of his from Cordosis, it is also not good to see something similar to when the younglings are training, Luke trained Obi-Wan / Sabine trained Ahsoka / Rey then with the help of the Jedi scroll taught Leia from which she also learned force heal.
So that the given individual concentrates mainly on strength and senses.
At least Critical drinker is funny when he’s negative. Theory is just depressing now.
Quimer is teaching osha to not be a lesbian lol😂
Filler 😮💨
From 6:54 to 7:21 he is saying this so he doesn't get cancelled or pitchforks thrown at him from ST/saltierthankrayt fans. When people like Critical Drinker, Mauler, and Ryan Kinel all knew when this show was announced and the showrunner in charge was gonna screw up the show with her self insert and identity politics. It's moments like these where SWT shows how slow and incompetent he is when it comes to Hollywood
you're chronically online
what are the identity politics in the show?
@@nocturnal03 I mean the literal witches vs the patriarchy was a little on the nose no? Or asking for the pronouns of a chipmunk. To act like there isn’t identity politics in this show is extremely naive at best. I just don’t care enough to cry about them like the dude above
@@caesar.5252 no? there are already witches in star wars. What's the patriarchy supposed to be in star wars?
Also osha is just confused by the giant chipmunk alien.
If that's all you've got...
@@nocturnal03 100% and it doesn’t bother me. If you don’t see the painfully obvious allegory that Leslie, feminist, lesbian( nothing wrong with either of those things) has a group of lesbian witches that are against the Jedi (the patriarchy) then i don’t know what to tell you. Do you also not realize the rebellion is obviously based off of the Vietnam war? do all painfully obvious allegory's fly over your head?
The pronouns of the chipmunk were 100% heavy handed identity politics and most would agree.
Identity politics of both sides are littered throughout almost all of storytelling, it’s foolish to act like this isn’t the case with the acolyte just because you agree with the political message this time. I could keep going all day but I don’t care enough to
Also didn’t realize how big the hilts are not until I saw OSHA hold it in her hands 😂
Things that happened: 1) Osha is about to become a Sith, 2) Mae is going to turn to the light, 3) Sol is about to admit to atrocities and is displaying strong emotions and will likely turn and be blamed for all the Jedi deaths, which the green lady hinted at already.
I personally did enjoy this episode🔥👍. The dialogue was good & I’m more interested in Qi’mir’s character & I’m interested to learn more about him. He’s probably my favorite character in this series but the scar on his back, did Vernestra lightsaber whip him?🤔
I knew right after the epicness that was the fifth episode, they would go back to being boring! They're totally playing the carrot on a stick with people just to fuck with them.
Sol is the guy that keeps getting in deeper because he keeps trying to cover up his fuck ups, he’s going to end up being the acolyte lol
How’d you like to be a part of a cult where 7 of your co-cult members could vanish dead and nobody even asked a question about where you were?
Saying it’s a zero is just for slander purposes it wasn’t that bad
I agree.
It is for slander purposes. He’s clearly being to nice. I would have given this episode a Minus One…BECAUSE THAT WAS A MUCH BETTER MOVIE WITH A FRACTION OF THE DAMN BUDGET!
Why do i get the feeling that you made it your mission to trash this more than being objective
He’s giving his opinion.. he also speaks for a lot of us. This show is an absolute joke. Stop coping.
Cry more
I don't know if anybody has said this yet but Vernestra is clearly Qimir's former master, his scar is a lightsaber whip shaped scar. The clues were so obvious they might as well have flashed big lights and sirens when they did the scene of him getting in the water pool at the beginning and then Vernestra using her ridiculous lightsaber whip to kill the bug.
I honestly couldn't tell from the thumbnail if you were yawning from sheer boredom or screaming in unfathomable rage. 🤣
I think the biggest thing that happened was the light saber whip
To kill a bug 🐞
Maybe 4 out of 10 for the most part
You are right, it is weird that Yoda didn't feel great sadness from all of those Jedi dying at the same time basically. Also mundi still doesn't know that the Jedi are all dead
I think the sith bloke is the green chicks former pupil… the scar on his back looks like her crap whip lightsaber
