I hate it when so-called 'System of a Down fans' dislike covers like this one. Guys, if only you paid strong attention to what Serj and Daron say, you would appreciate innovation, creativity and generally what this guy did with Chop Suey. He gave it a new sound which is the point of doing a cover. Greets.
serjlie It's easy to hate this first time you hear it. But if the song wasn't "chop suey," there wouldn't be as much dislike towards this. I remember when I first heard zwan's cover of "number of the beast" by iron maiden. A lot of Diehard maiden fans hate it, but, it greatly conveys a strong gloomy feeling the the original does not...i do love the original. But I also love zwans version. I can't really get into this version of chop suey, but, I don't oppose the style of which it was composed/arranged
