    I think you need better bateries...look into 6S CNHL 6000 mah , the best bats in the market . Can you please tell me which app are you using to measure the speed ? thanks .

      I’m planning on picking up some Azure 4s lipos here soon. Top notch for speed running. Up there with SMC SRD and ONYX. For the GPS, it’s a GNSS.

    Nice pass! I would add a cap pack to lower the ripple voltage and look into some SMC batteries. The SRD's are expensive, but you can hit 150mph using the the extreme DV SMC battery or CHNL. I hit 130mph with one CNHL 6s battery running XLX2, cap pack, 1650kv motor on 34/40. Good luck!

    Nice passes! 😎 👍
    I wouldn't gear up anymore on those batteries, 22vdc voltage sag is 2.75vdc per cell, that low is is hurting the chemistry of the batteries. Try to keep the sag down to 3.2vdc per cell. To do that, easiest way is to either gear down or gey higher mah batteries. For them #s your trying to get, i would suggest a minimum of 8000mah with a good c-rating, preferably 10kmah. That will give you room to gear up & drop the voltage sag.
    You can get 4 chnl g+ series either 5kmah or 6kmah & pair 2 sets of 2 lipos in parallel. That will put you in the 10k-12kmah range. Probably the cheapest route for batteries.

    • @speeedy_rc
      @speeedy_rc  Год назад +2

      Thanks! Yeah, definitely not gearing up anymore. Looking at better battery options for the future.

      @@speeedy_rc just trying to share what I've learned. Slowmikerc was an amazing help when it came to the whole battery & gearing setup. If it wasn't for him, it would've not dawned on me to divide the voltage sag by the cell count to realize that I was hurting my batteries. I knew that the voltage sag was killing my speeds but didn't even think about the effect to the lipos. 🤦‍♂️ And I'm an electrical engineer lol 😂 sometimes the simple things go right over our heads lol.
      I'm in the same boat, trying get some better lipos, would love the smc SRDs, but dam, a pair cost almost as much as I paid for the limitless roller!! 😂
      I may just go with the 4 g+plus 6.0, they fit in the open body and I know they can get the car into the 140-150 easy.

    The reason why it’s elusive is because you don’t have enough room when you play this back listen to your car it’s just getting to where she wants to open up and then you run out of room and have to slow it down so you need more room you surpassed 140 easily you just need more room

    • @speeedy_rc
      @speeedy_rc  Год назад +1

      I think 140 is possible here. Phillip Jolley is able to hit 150+ in a little over 3000 ft of total running distance. I’m hitting right around 2800ft where I’m currently at. Either way I agree that I’m lacking space for higher speeds. I have an airport runway that I will be looking at for future runs once I switch over to an XLX2 and the 1721. They gave me a thumbs up to run there, just have to give them notice.
