    I think on making lemon wine, but i might go ahead and add half that with Satsumas and half Meyer lemons currently in my yard i have way too lemons.

    Maybe a lemon lime wine? I also wonder if adding some other flavoring, perhaps herbal. Cilantro? what about Jalapeno? Although you would certainly get a green wine.

    Sounds great to me! Maybe I’ll do 4.5 lbs 😂 or scale to a half gallon. Another wine on my growing list of things to try!

    If u could do a lime cognac and probably smoke the limes before fermentation u might just give henny a run for they money.

    Limes have a lot of pectin, hence why it didn't clear. Maybe pectic enzyme next time

    For those who tend to indulge to the point of excess....can you imagine this wine coming back up??? I'm sure it's good going down....but coming up.....that'd be pretty rough. Drink Responsibly. 🙂
