  • Using inexpensive honey found in the honey bear container. I'll start the process of making 1 gallon of honey bear mead.
    Ingredients:
    (4) 8 oz containers of honey
    (2) Oranges
    (1/4) lemon (Optional)
( 1) gallon of filtered water
During the first 3 days give your musk a good stir, and to break up the fruit cap that will form if you are not using straining bags. Rack into secondary after 5 - 7 days, and continue to rack every 8 - 12 weeks until clear. Degas, back sweeten, bottle let age for at least 12 months total frpm start to finish.

Just wanted to comment to thank you for all your effort you've put into all your videos. You've made a great resource channel for all of us amateurs. Just made my first batch of pineapple wine. It's different but might be the best tasting non grape wine I've had. Cheers!

For us, in Iran, alcoholic beverages are illegal and a crime. These lessons are practical and we make and drink them at home. I like carbonated mead very much.❤

Have you considered writing a book/making an ebook detailing your process from beginning to end? I, for one would buy it as I am that type of learner.

Try adding a very small amount of baking soda to a bottle of wine to neutralize the acidity.
