- After the death of our son I started eating, as a self medication, and gained a lot of weight. Now I am on the journey to changing my life and getting healthy again. With diet and exercise I hope to reach my goal weight. I invite you to come along with me on this journey. If you are new to this adventure, check my playlist and start at the begining.
Week 4 is complete and here are the results:
Starting Weight: 219.5 lbs. (July 4th, 2024)
Week 4 Weight: 214.4 lbs (2 lbs. loss)
Total loss: 6.1 lbs

That's fantastic. I've been getting steps in,water in but calories are hard to stick with no no weight loss.but I'm still trying
Agreed, the calories are the hardest. I love to eat and it shows. Keep trying you will get there.
Keep it going weighing yourself is not a great indicator cuz muscle weighs more than fat😊
My clothes are feeling better.
@@SHARINGJOURNEY I believe that how you feel and how your clothes fits are a better indicator than a scale, I can weigh myself before going to doc appt and the weight never matches. Keep on keeping on
@boomersontherun I believe no two scales are the same
I use Organic Valley's half-and-half for my coffee. I just looked and it's 40 calories for 2 tablespoons. I *never* use that much in one cup. I don't measure, but it looks to be about a teaspoon that I end up using.
You're doing great! You could keep fresh fruit, like melon or grapes, in the rig for nighttime sweet snacks that don't have a lot of calories.
