I set up fall detection on my old Watch 4 and gave it to my mom (she is in her 90s and won't wear a necklace). Upgraded to a 6 classic ss for me . After the initial week of the watch learning my usage pattern, I am getting at least 1.5 days if I need to. I was used to charging the 4 every day so it's not a big deal to charge every day during my shower and getting ready for work. My mom loves her watch and I love mine. Win-win.
@@danabyrd4584 the 43mm classic. I tried it on at Best Buy since my 4 was 40mm and wanted to make sure I would be happy with it. My wrist has a circumference less than 6 inches. The 43mm works.
Nice that you mention fall detection. That and other safety feathers for elderly people are little discussed with smartwatches. For me, as an old man, safety is the most important reason to buy my first smartwatch: the Watch6 Classic (with LTE for best connectivity).
I just bought a refurbed WiFi only 5 Pro for $129 this week. Indistinguishable from new, totally flawless. I already have a regular 44mm Galaxy 5 with LTE. The Pro does everything I want with the much needed battery life improvement from the regular 44mm 5. For what I paid and the quality of this watch, I'm extremely happy.
Great content! I traded in my Galaxy watch 4 and kept the Galaxy Pro 5. I absolutely love the Galaxy watch classic 6 and the return of that rotating beautiful bezel! So far I've been getting around a little over two days with the classic watch 6 absolutely loving it!
Coming from the Frontier S3 and OG Galaxy Watch I originally got the 6 Classic, but strangely I felt unsatisfied. I let 2 weeks go by, and was really disappointed with the 6, the ONLY benefit it has over the 5 is that physical rotating bezel, that's even why I bought it over the 5 Pro originally. However, I experienced absolutely horrendous battery life on my 6 with only basic settings on; like 13-14hrs full. I returned my 6 Classic for the 5 Pro instead, and while I miss the bezel, that's funnily enough the only thing I miss. I'm loving that my 5 gets 3 days on full, instead of only hours, same os, same faces, and settings; entire user experience the same but I get a much better battery, lighter, and frankly better build. Not to mention I find the D Buckle band it came with to be far superior than the hybrid leather band. More comfortable for casual wear, more durable, and for me, easier to switch. I found the new one click band to be really hard to press in without digging your thumbnail into it, while the lever system on the older models is still super easy and simple. End all, I regretted getting the 6 Classic, and absolutely loving my 5 Pro; and all my watches previously had the physical rotating bezel (3).
Additionally with the Rinke Inner Bezel and Rinke Slim Case, I find it can be just as dressed up as the Classic, not to mention I can change the exterior color; silver one day, then black, then white. No longer just a sports watch.

Yeah, I just bought the 6 classic. I want to like it, but I've found that I have to be careful and aware in order to get 1.5 days out of it. I mean, I want a smart watch to be able to enjoy the features and not worry about "being energy responsible". Nice video! I am new here and I just subscribe to your channel. I have some watches... I still have one of Samsung's first smart watches and I still love it... it's the Gear S SM-R750A, I also have the Gear S3 Frontier and Gear S4 Classic. I did have the Gear S5 Pro. The Gear S5 Pro is the watch (didn't like it too much) I traded in for the Watch 6 Classic (silver). In my opinion, I love the new Watch 6 Classic over the S5 Pro and only got the new watch 6 for 150 bucks after trade in and all. May I ask, which watch face is that in your video?
I got the watch 5 pro I just recently got it I don't know whether to get a case for it or just rock it like it is what you think I work in a grocery store stocking produce and I do hit my watch against things sometimes I still didn't wear it to work yet because I'm nervous lol
For me, I always get a case for my watch cause I like to keep it in good condition even though I can take good care of it even with no case on it but I still like to have one on. I'm very protective with my watch & phone
Bro, I have 2 watch 5 pros... I had the black lte, and it scratched so easily. I had to go ahead and get the grey. The grey hides scratches extremely well you wouldn't notice or see it cos of the silverish color. That been said I had the case on the black from wringke but I realise it gets dirt underneath it and actually messed up the watch more than it protects it, as I speak to you now, I just gave my black to my big brother who had the regular watch 5, and I am just rocking the grey without any protection. Oh, and if you like styling, look into the wringke bezel styling it's amazing. Get a silver for the grey and black for the black, or interchanged, it goes perfectly well anyway. I wish I could show you the pictures of mine, but if you check RUclips, there is a guy online that did reviews on bezel style for watch 5pro. Just type that in the search bar.
I have a 6 classic. It looks better, rotating bezel is great. But the battery is horrible. I would stay with 5 pro. Even buy 5 pro if I bought a new one today. 5 pro > 6 classic.
Great video. Question CJ I really truly love my Samsung gear s watch from years ago it was different, unusually and it look futuristic I thought was way go for Samsung as far watches are concern I'm not a fan of the round face smart watches. I wish Samsung would upgrade the Samsung gear S bring it back better than ever what you think about it?
Great video buddy. I've just bought the galaxy watch 5pro, which has has much better battery than my galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm. But I I love the rotating bezel on my galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm. The galaxy watch 7 ultra just looks ugly so I'm going stick my out of date smart watches. Nice and informative video.
The galaxy watch 5 pro is actually sharper with 450x450 in a 1.4" its ppi is over 450ppi. Galaxy watch 4 had a 1.4" with 360x360 and had a 363ppi. So how is watch 5 pro less ppi
I use to have a classic with the rotating bezel, but for some reason it wouldn't hold up to water when I would wash my hands alot. when I went to non bezel I never had a problem especially doing a lot of construction work... and exposing the watch to water alot. I think there both great watches, just depends on your life style and user case. Titanium just seems a little bit more rugged for me in the Long run.
I have come from a galaxy Gear S so I have noticed better battery lol loving the GW 6 classic. But it really should have come with a bigger battery, But Samsung will just save that for the GW 6 Pro to get even more money out of you.
From one CJ to another CJ..... I think it's about time that you make another video regarding the comparisons between the watch 6 and the watch 5 as the watch 6 has released an update that blows the battery out of the water now... the battery capacity on my watch 6 with everything enabled pretty much on the highest capacity to go now lasts me well over two days if I disable all that Health fucking nonsense that I don't use at all whatsoever under any circumstance I can get about two and a half to 3 days easily...easily. And I didn't even delete anything all I did was disabled everything that you possibly could to the nitty-gritty including any notifications for that stupid Health nonsense because not everybody's a health eccentric moron some people just want a timepiece that looks like an actual timepiece that just has some smart features.... knocking a lot of that stuff off plus that new update that we just got put the Galaxy watch 6 so far above that ugly ass bezel missing watch 5 it's not even funny. Hands down bar none this watch tops the 5 in EVERY WAY ... be whether in style form function battery life and its capabilities it literally blows the watch 5 out of the water so far out of the water that is probably catching up to Elon musk's Starship at the moment
The touch bezel is a massive downgrade from the physical one and I am very happy that it returned. My Frontier died a few months ago so I switched to the 5 pro, and I am really missing the bezel. Not using the digital one anymore. I've tried it for several weeks, but it is just not working for me. Maybe this is also related to my size (almost two meters, with proportional hands), but I've used the physical bezel a lot. If I would have too much money I would probably try the 6, but I don't have too much and I really hate the battery downgrade as well. And, like said before, I just switched a few months ago. But if the next generation has both the physical bezel and good battery life again, I might switch watches before my current one dies on it's own ^^

For me, I always get a case for my watch cause I like to keep it in good condition even though I can take good care of it even with no case on it but I still like to have one on. I'm very protective with my watch & phone
@@katehikesnatehigs7802 yeah I don't know if I should or not I don't want to but I might have to
Bro, I have 2 watch 5 pros...
Trust me the watch is a tank. Definitely doesn't hurt to throw on a case if you don't like scratches though.
My brother!! Samsung should use your vids for promotional purposes. You're about to make me press that button. 💰⌚😂
😂😂😂
Any idea when the watch 4 will get the latest update?
Where did you get those cool watch faces? 🤩

@@CJKnowsTECH Thanks 👍
I currently have Galaxy watch for classic 46 mm I think it is should I switch to the 6 classic
After upcoming OS update there will be almost or no difference between GW 4,5 an 6
ordered a refurbished 5 pro on ebay for like 160. the price and battery is what sold me
If I'm in grounded rational thinking, I'll buy the 5 Pro, if I'm in ego driven thinking, I'll buy the 6 classic 👍
There is a rationality in the rotating bezel, in terms of ease and speed of use. It's not all glitz.
I like the rotating bezel being able to look my notifications or the weather without smudging the screen
I have a 6 classic. It looks better, rotating bezel is great. But the battery is horrible.
I would stay with 5 pro. Even buy 5 pro if I bought a new one today. 5 pro > 6 classic.
Very informative video, thanks🤙
No problem
Great video. Question CJ I really truly love my Samsung gear s watch from years ago it was different, unusually and it look futuristic I thought was way go for Samsung as far watches are concern I'm not a fan of the round face smart watches. I wish Samsung would upgrade the Samsung gear S bring it back better than ever what you think about it?
Nice review. What is the name of that watchface on the 6?
Great video buddy. I've just bought the galaxy watch 5pro, which has has much better battery than my galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm. But I I love the rotating bezel on my galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm. The galaxy watch 7 ultra just looks ugly so I'm going stick my out of date smart watches. Nice and informative video.
Tizen, being able to add contacts and appointments was clutch!! 😔
Why doesn’t anyone compare it to the ultra?
It’s coming
I had galaxy pro try to use the digital bezel during or after a run sweating like a pig...
😂😂😂
Wondering what this video would have looked like if you wore them on the same arm for comparison
I just got my 6 classic ss in 47mm. It’s beautiful! Well worth the battery trade off from the 5 pro.
Right
Watch faces link please ..thank you

im curious, i have the 5, and the edges doesn’t reach out to the edge, does the pro5 and 6 classic?
in the video it seems to.
The galaxy watch 5 pro is actually sharper with 450x450 in a 1.4" its ppi is over 450ppi. Galaxy watch 4 had a 1.4" with 360x360 and had a 363ppi. So how is watch 5 pro less ppi
Nice video
Thanks
I use to have a classic with the rotating bezel, but for some reason it wouldn't hold up to water when I would wash my hands alot. when I went to non bezel I never had a problem especially doing a lot of construction work... and exposing the watch to water alot.
I think there both great watches, just depends on your life style and user case.
Titanium just seems a little bit more rugged for me in the Long run.
Making me want to give up my Apple Watch and iphone lol 😅
😂😂😂
I have come from a galaxy Gear S so I have noticed better battery lol loving the GW 6 classic. But it really should have come with a bigger battery, But Samsung will just save that for the GW 6 Pro to get even more money out of you.
4 Classic O.G.
Respect
Wats your watch face name
5 pro is amazing. Good battery life
From one CJ to another CJ.....
47mm....a too bif watch doesnt make people look...cool
5 pro cost more than 6 classic ❤5 is the 💣
They are totally two different watches for two different people.
Both look better than the apple watch so its a win for me lol
chuck the useless 6 and 6 classic in the bin, weak battery! I wouldn't swap to gal 6 even if it could wipe my ass
thanks for the review
Best watch decision I’ve ever made is trading in the Watch 5 Pro. Worst watch decision trading in the Watch 4 classic.
But if the next generation has both the physical bezel and good battery life again, I might switch watches before my current one dies on it's own ^^
What watch face is that

This guy is biased against watch 6 pro from start of this video!
It's 6 classic not the pro
Swag is not wearing a samsung watch
Neither of them are worth it.
Lol this guy is wearing a satellite dish on his wrist 😂
These aren't even that big. Garmin is much bigger and they're awesome too. Quit being a hater dude
Both give u notifications plain and simple but which one will last longer in doing that without having to recharge?? Plain and simple it's the 5pro
