Seeing Superman take the time to pet a dog after saving it is extremely heartwarming and something Reeve did a LOT. That’s Superman. A friend. He doesn't just immediately disappear, he sticks around to make sure you're genuinely okay.
Cavill didn´t do that and some people say he´s a great Superman?

Superman saving a Dog is a classic he's known for saving animals he's the Boy Scout he isn't all about the huge villains it's about him saving everyone and everything. I loved Christopher Reeves saving the cat from the tree in Superman 78

I said this before, but the shot from behind of Superman also would've worked as a first look. You get Superman doing something heroic, and get just enough of the suit reveal without seeing everything. While not everything on the suit works for me, the set shots have done a better job of selling the suit than the official reveal. And agreed on Superman needing intensity in showing his powers. That's why Kal El's first flight in Man of Steel is my favorite scene of that movie and the entirety of the DCEU. Not just because we'd never seen Superman move that fast before, but the joy on Clark's face and how you can feel how fast he's moving.

The reason I'm excited to see suoerman saves csts and dog and old ladies is because superman is a freind for all he will save the entire plantet but also take a moment to save a cat from a tree

The reason why fans are hyped about Superman saving a dog is because it actually makes him more human. He is not only there to prevent major disasters or save masses of people, but also has an eye for 'small' disasters. He is not a god, but a human with superpowers to help others in need, or so he was raised by the Kents. And since he grew up on a farm in Kansas, he knows better than anyone how much an animal can mean to a person.
I gave complete faith in Gunn.
This man knows exactly what's going on.

Ulysses doesn't make sense, James Gunn will not film a spoiler outside in the open, so it is not Ultraman. I'm convinced that he will be Unknown Soldier.

⭐️ I don’t think Ultraman is in the Movie. I believe the character in the black suit with the “U” is Ulysses; Ulysses is has the powers to go toe to toe with Superman.

While the speed of the Cavill's Superman was always impressive, there is good reason for a slow take off (you can see it in Lois and Clark a great deal, by the way) It could actually hurt human beings to be that close to Superman if he takes off at full speed or flies too quickly close to the ground..He can't move at his true speed close to humanity. (broken air drums, being pushed to the ground, things broken.) This was done when Lex Luthor creates a clone of Superman who acts immaturely, in the show I just mentioned. I love the idea of Superman showing affection for pets. Superman was never supposed to be the city-breaking warrior constantly like he was in Man of Steel. He has a very humane, vulnerable side of his personality do his loss of his home world, Kryptonian parents and his love for his human parents and his adopted planet. He's just a good man from a Kansas town, who was born on a distant world, that wants to help.

You would hope that the visuals for a 2025 Superman film will be better than a 2013 Superman movie.
I think there would be a huge plot twist in this movie, with the superman we're seeing in the set pics not being the real superman.

My issue with a Lex Luthor-created clone, is that Luthor's whole viewpoint is that no one deserves to have that much power , so for him to then just go and create an equally powerful being has never quite sat well with me, even in the comics.

I could be wrong but I'm almost certain that the darker superman suit, is not a different suit at all. I think it's the same suit covered in debris. Some set pictures show superman covered in dark dust.

People thought it was a,durty suit, when it was just a darker suit. Think about it, why would Gunn show the very first photo of his Superman with a dirty costume? He isnt Superman. Gunn has been tricking us from the start.

Suit is awful. The lines more pronounced in these pics. His facial expression is not good. Sure, he's squishing his face and no one looks good doing that but letting the public on set to take photos is a bad idea. The buzz for this film is going nowhere with many on social media feeling it's a superhero parody.

Costume looks too childish and the overall feel to it looks cartoonish, again...childish. Well at least it will appeal to kids which is probably the whole point. Will it appeal to adults? I doubt it, not in today's climate seeing a dude in red diapers.
