Hi last week I called up your company to order a stick for my birds cage but they said that she had to get her order done before 2:00 pm she said that she would call me back and never did.customer service is very important.I would not order anything anymore from your company when you want to buy something and then told they will call me back never did.then she tried to tell me to order online i said that why I called her for help to order a stick for my bird.
Pluck no more works great but I do agree with Angels Life comment. When I first stopped in place in East Brunswick customer service was great. I was shown all different cages Some time after that I started using pluck no more and ordering other things. Often I had a problem with website but I believe it was fixed since then. She was always very helpful As time has past I think from my view they could use more help because I also dealt with not so kind customer service. Things can change , especially when you make them aware so thanks for sharing Angels Life I will always use pluck no more despite customer service. My parrot comes first It does work I really appreciate this video I have been using it for a while and this has taught me things I did not know
@@nancylee8030 hi Nancy thanks so much it happened not once but twice but that's why I didn't give them another chance.first time the lady was very rude I thought maybe she is having a bad day so then I said I will give them another chance but no again she was very rude. To me.so I took my business else where .where when you call up customer service they help you out and don't tell oh you have to order online because I have to have an orders that have to be done by 2 pm then I will call you back today never a call back.she was very pushy to get me off the phone.all the best to you Nancy when you order from them.they need to train their customer service people Better.you have a wonderful day Nancy.
