I fall asleep to this pretty quickly, so I appreciate this. I definitely recommend dropping this to 0.75x speed, normal was too robotic and quick for me to relax to... 😂
What makes me interest to read this book is when I aiming for slow living and leave below your means. Even you received or have salary more than your means. It not means you live beyond. Slow living and minimalism is the secret to stay young. I also believe base on my religion, what you think, what you feel is base on the outside forces. If we say outside, it's what happen in your society, community and circles. ( friends, aquintaces even relatives.) Seek peace before you act. Seek peace befire you sleep. Seek peace in all you do. Guard what comes and to your mind. Our mind is design to absorb. But our hear giards everything what we fee.

7:22 i feel as though I’m already on the back foot. Having gotten an autoimmune disease at 19 which put me in bed for the majority of the past 15 years, I am unable to work. I am unable to be as active as I’d like to be and once was. I don’t know how I’m supposed to find something I’m good at, something I love, a way to help the world and make money from that but well, I’ll give it my best shot.
Maybe, because the world is more connected through social platforms, you could begin by sharing your story? Perhaps through the process, you’ll find an aspect of something that brings you joy. I’m sure you’ve overcome many challenges in your journey that others may be going through or are experiencing alongside of you. After all, your being alive itself is priceless.

It gave some suggested paths to find your way, but ikigai and a path towards your own is personal. Find what works for you and follow it. You will eventually find what is right for you.
