Wow i just read this book yetserday and its one of my favorite. Its a simple book but includes everything we need to focus on finding the meaning of life and enjoying it. It talks about getting into a state of flow, like imagine if you are skiing on a snowy day, you only focus on the ride, wind and the pace. Nothing distracts you and you're simply in the moment. Thats what we are supposed to do- get into a state of flow in everything in our daily routine. When you do things that you love, you get immersed in it, and can continue like that for hours. So find things you love to do everyday and that helps you stay calm and relaxed & stress free which leads to a long , healthy lifestyle. You can also apply this state of flow in every chores you do- writing notes, cooking, washing dishes and all kinds of works. Dont try to multitask, that will only end up in half assed works. Try to do one thing at a time, go in a flow. Dont bother about results , it will come. The important thing is to be in that moment

Basically, ikigai means living in warm climate and in a rich country. If Okinawa people have lots of fresh fruit and seafood in their daily diet, it means these types of food are very affordable because they are local and accessible all year round. Same goes for walking on grass, gardening or meditating in the forest - all this requires safe forests and little snow throughout the year.
Ma'am, You did a remarkable job. Thank you. I have a simple suggestion too. If you slow down the pace of vocal delivery then it would be great to listen.
