I have loved President Holland since my BYU days in 1988-89. He is so humble, and just exudes his love for the Saviour. Sometimes I feel like becoming like Jesus seems impossible, but looking at men like President Holland gives me hope that humans can become more like Him.

Yes he did . My heart hurts for him . He knows his time is up . He saw many things he could not share with us . He is trying his very best to prepare himself and All of us .
We are so blessed to have President Holland among us. He is a true apostle and servant of The Lord Jesus Christ. He, like other of our beloved Apostles and Prophets serve The Lord with all their might throughout the highs and lows of their lives. Aging, grief, and sickness do not stop them. And when they get to the other side, they will still be hard at work preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who still need to hear it. President Holland is one of those lionhearts. I just love and respect him so much. God bless him and all our leaders. I feel the exact same way about our beloved Prophet, Russell M. Nelson as well.
Thank you for sharing, David. I don’t think I’m that old, but I was a student at BYU back when Dallin Oaks was president and Elder Holland was the next, who seemed so young at the time! I’ve been a life long member of this precious organization and share testimony with anyone willing to know, hear, or see., that the restoration was foreseen by Isaiah and I am living in the midst of it! Come what may, those who know it and live it feel truly blessed to have been preserved to see the gospel roll forth! Hurrah for Israel!
Wow! Neuropathy and kidney failure. I appreciate that as my husband died of kidney failure and I have neuropathy. I understand it. Like Bro. Holland I'm married to the scriptures. They have become so much a part of me.

No small task, however, each of us on the covenant path doing a small part together it is simply inviting the world to help with our children especially to learn by building with God's gift of His technology a beautiful replenished Earth that will open all eyes to the Celestial Glory of God our Heavenly Father ❤

Hollands talk was wonderful to watch today. Jeffrey Holland said that he only had weeks or months left, but he has done an incredible job.
