    Hello....
    What a good Idea..... waohhhhh 👍🤭🤭.... Normaly i use to buy mozzarella in Biocoop.... Its very very expensive.....
    No more buying mozzarella now, really......i'll make mine home made mozza ..... With tout receipt. A question.... ''' do you think with veggi liquid milk like soja/riz ou event oats milk it with be alors good to make mozzarella ???? Thank you in advance for your answer.

    This does not work. I tried a couple of times and it does not come out like this. It just curdles and washes away, it does not hardens like this.

      I have had this problem too, maybe I am not gentle enough?

      @@Michelle-xk2vt Not likely. One guy said it can't be done well without unpasteurized milk. I only got it to stretch 1 out of 4 times with pasteurized milk. If there is a key, it is stretching it at a much lower temperature than what is recommended for rennet made curds.

    silly me I thought mozzarella was made using calcium chloride and rennet and cottage cheese is made with white vinegar therefore this is a cottage cheese you made?? Like the firmness of it rather than the traditional cottage cheese look

    Tried this. Cut the recipe in half. Milk never turned the way showed in the video. It turned to butter milk only. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️. And I used Full cream milk.

    Mozzarella cheese are very expensive. Looks fast and easy to make with just 2 ingredients. Thank you for sharing.

    how come when I do that, the curds look like cottage crumbs not large wet chunks

      @@janneafreyalebrilla9272 Someone told me to lower the temperature when cooking the milk and now I get no more dry crumbs but chunks like in the video

    In Singapore we cant get non-pasteurised milk so cant make.

      You can use pasteurised just not ULTRA pasteurised is my understanding and full cream
