(I'm way too late but I had to say this) Ness' ultimate victory theme isn't the melee one shortened. It is a completely different one, being the 7th and 8th out of the 8 melodies from Mother 1, while Ness' 64 and Melee one was the second and more iconic part of the Eight Melodies from his game.
It's been nearly 3 years since Smash Ultimate has been out and I'm still not used to Marth finally speaking English. I guess because of so many Fire Emblem characters, I'm assuming that the characters taught Marth to speak since how Fire Emblem has so many characters in Smash Bros Ultimate and they all speak English

Every old victory theme was so much better. Including link’s. it’s so fast now like every other theme.
Smash 4 and especially Ultimate either sped them up or cut them off. It's really strange and kind of a shame as I love the victory themes!
The taunts have the same problem. They just get cut or speed up. I think it's stupid, making this Fan Service more lacking.
