I will NEVER understand why Smash never uses the Pokémon victory jingle for the Pokémon fighters. I feel like every series that has a victory jingle should just have it in Smash, instead of just abridging the main theme.

I love how Joker is just completely unchanged. After all, you can't make a perfect Victory Screen out of one that is just a port of the Victory Screen from the source material. It's already perfect enough as is!
I'm normally not a big fan of videos like these because a lot of the time it feels like fans trying to implement what they personally want in a way that feels forced instead of using what makes sense, but I think this video does a great job of picking music that represents each character and their personalities properly. I also like that you left in a handful of the official victory themes instead of writing them all off.
I did a lot of studying on each of the characters to try and get their themes as accurate to character as possible. Probably my biggest fumble was Sora.
@@CopShowGuy The only thing that confuses me more than Mega Man not getting the actual stage clear theme is Pac Man not making the life loss sound when he gets star KOed.
Adding a guitar to Sonic's theme is oh so perfect, as was Mega Mans and soooo many others. My personal favorite was King Dededes, but I am heavily biased to the character, so of course I'd say that. Also, giving Kazuya an actual victory theme is so satisfying to see given that he was the only character without one before. You guys truly did amazing with this!

As someone with very little knowledge of Fire Emblem, the fact that Lucina's song was called "You May Call Me Marth" is hilarious. Like no, that's not her name!
There's a TON of great ones in here! Although I will say, possible missed opportunity not giving each Mii fighter type their own fanfares that are homages to other past Smash themes.

Absolutely correct - I only meant that the theme “One Winged Angel” originated from FFVII. In his individual video, the full depth of his victory theme origin is in the description!
Smash ultimate was so well done that when I find something a fan does better it’s so surprising to me. Also as someone who played Radiant Dawn SO MUCH as a kid. Hearing that version of “Eternal Bond” with Ike’s smash victory screen gave me goosebumps and made me happy in a way I can’t properly explain.
The only one that gives me pause is Meta Knight - because a more fitting than the Halberd theme would be an arrangement of "My Friend and the Setting Sun." Most modern Kirby games use that as his theme song (and there's a short jingle version in Star Allies that would be a perfect base for his victory theme). Smash fans/older Kirby fans do associate him with the Halberd theme, though so it's fine. These are all great! Especially loved Diddy Kong's!
It's absolutely criminal that Ness's original victory jingle from Melee got replaced by whatever it is now. Also the victory jingle used for the Pokemon Trainer in this video is genius.

Only showing Mii Brawler implies that not everyone got a unique Victory Theme. So if we count the Miis, then this video was a lie. What we *did* get made up for it though. A lot of cool stuff and even Results Themes for some characters. You love to see it. On the flipside, the Koopalings also share a Victory Theme with each other, which fits.

First off, I’m always happy when a Smash thing treats Id as Robin’s theme (like it is in Fire Emblem Awakening) and not Chrom’s (which might be because of the antipathy towards Fire Emblem in the community). Second, I think it’d’ve been funny if they did with Hero’s victory theme what they did with Cloud and Joker’s (which, in this case, would be a short chiptune crescendo, followed by awkward silence).
Sheik and Zelda's are legit. Ganon is a dream. ZSS is exactly what I was thinking a couple weeks ago. Ness should have the Earthbound victory theme. And Meta Knight should stay as it is. Maybe YLink gets Pedestal music?
I really considered this but couldn’t figure out how to do it in-game. Hopefully someone mods their switch to include my modpack and the announcer change.

I had more ideas than I thought-

Only showing Mii Brawler implies that not everyone got a unique Victory Theme. So if we count the Miis, then this video was a lie.
What we *did* get made up for it though. A lot of cool stuff and even Results Themes for some characters. You love to see it.
On the flipside, the Koopalings also share a Victory Theme with each other, which fits.

I actually renamed Microsoft Edge to Microsoft Udge a couple years ago, and a couple months later I purged a lot of the Desktop Shortcut names and added Udge to the names…

Docs became ChromUdge Paper
Steam became Udge
iTunes became UdgeTunes
Cemu - Shortcut became Cemu - Udgecut

First off, I’m always happy when a Smash thing treats Id as Robin’s theme (like it is in Fire Emblem Awakening) and not Chrom’s (which might be because of the antipathy towards Fire Emblem in the community).
Second, I think it’d’ve been funny if they did with Hero’s victory theme what they did with Cloud and Joker’s (which, in this case, would be a short chiptune crescendo, followed by awkward silence).
Sheik and Zelda's are legit. Ganon is a dream. ZSS is exactly what I was thinking a couple weeks ago.
Ness should have the Earthbound victory theme. And Meta Knight should stay as it is. Maybe YLink gets Pedestal music?

The Sephiroth theme should loop the part of "Veni veni venias, ne me mori facias"

Footage was captured with modded skins and no audio, with the music added in post. However, I did release these music tracks as a mod later on, now available for download!
