May I provide you with some tech feedback? Frist, you should use the flash sync speed of your camera, which is 200 or 250 sec for Nikon, unless you use the 100s to introduce some ambient/room light. F16 is kind of an overkill that also puts an unneccesary strain on your strobes. F8, 200/250 sec @ ISO 100-400 will give you professional results every time :)
