Apologies for the lack of uploads. I have been incredibly busy.
Here is one of the newest lifts in the Orihuela Costa area, the Flamenca Village lift. It looks like a standard Otis Gen2, but it has the orange LEDs and the door jamb lantern is actually upside down. When I went here, the intercom seemed to be stuck in a call loop as it activated without me even pressing the alarm button!

I never heard of Offices and flats on the same floor but very interesting
Some of the residents have offices in their flats and run their business out of it, it’s interesting
Nice! In Spain, only OTIS subsidiaries use the Orange fixtures and indicators. That includes (for example): Enor, Edelma, Pertor, Monter, Express...
Ahh ok that's interesting. Thanks for informing me
OTIS Gen2s with orange illuminations are seemingly common in Spain. Multiple spanish lift firms are mounting these kind of Gen2s with unusual fixture lighting.
Ahh right. I’ve never seen this XD
Good video, it's interesting that the screen continues to give news even though it is not maintained by the company that put it there, it seems to me that the normal thing is to deactivate the news and leave the screen black but I see that is not the case, much better, the gen2 motor sounds very good
I think the eView screen was installed when Montes Eleva got the contract for the lift; last year it was maintained by Otis but only recently they’ve switched contract
Nice elevator
Indeed
This is a very weird Otis GeN2, you certainly don't see this often
My resort hotel in Spain had a GeN2 as well, but it was a very typical looking GeN2 Life
@@glat15 It’s nice to see something different for a change
Interesting to see they use those designs as well as this one
@@HappyPizza64 Yeah, I didn't film it because I was just so busy and also my interest in lift filming isn't really there at the minute but it was nothing special anyways
@@glat15 Fair, don't want to burn yourself out
@@HappyPizza64 yh, just annoying the interest went when I got a much better phone camera
Yeah, these are like the "Cheap" version of Otis Gen2 (like Express Gen2s)
@@HuSerrVVVF it’s not bad; but it could be a lot better
All this blocks have Otis gen2 lifts
Yeah I was going to try for some others, but saw they were Otis and gave up
Thats a weird otis
Definitely not like ours
@@HappyPizza64 yep
