Yes great community,great value for money 💰 also super urb location 10 mins from hospital 🏥 and and 10 min la zenia boulevard 5 mins ap7 10 mins local beach 15 min from torrevieja,central to either airport murcia 40 mins and alicante 40 mins .😀
Nice video! Is Orihuela Costa and Quesada the same thing regarding the expat population, proximity to the beach, shops, etc? We're looking to buy a house in that area, and want to be in an international community where English is spoken.
If you want show around with good knowledge of the area.i can show show you of course tips which expats miss out on 🤔 lesson learned don’t rush with your adventure.

In one of your videos you mentioned the preference for south facing property for the winters. I notice some properties in these urbs say they have no heating systems? Any idea of cost to put in a double system AC unit to deal with the cold in winter and summer heat?
Advantages of south facing houses winter time you can still open your doors and can be warm inside .but if you are north facing facing can be cold you will have your hearing on all the time. Some people use gas heaters but can become smelly .ive got air condition for main lounge and for bedroom ,some people have electric heaters can be expensive .

your video mentioned a 340 euros for a quad house. is that per month or annual? any idea what the annual property tax would be on top. just trying to gauge total annual costs. txs!
Urbanisation fees are yearly ,some areas take out quarterly payments,different areas charge different depending size of the community ,also if it has a pool lifts ,dream hills Los Altos one of the biggest urbanisation 800 houses 🏘️ yearly fees 340 euros for a quad or flat 220 euros .water bill quarterly electricity ⚡️ monthly .my water bill around 100 euros quarterly I have a pool ,my electricity bill same 100 a month we have no gas on electricity,hope this helps

Yes equivalent to our council tax we get billed yearly separately from the urbanisation fees …depending on size of property can be around 220 euros a year a lot cheaper than uk .uk you pay this a month 🤓

Also 10 mins away from la zenia boulevard one of the best shopping centres in spain ..I have a video of that ,and villaMartin round the corner .basically on top of everything ap7 and in between 2 airports murcia and alicante

Dream Hills or Dream’ills as the presenter said is horrific. It’s literal council estate in the sun. We call it Hell Hills. You don’t need to buy a newspaper when you can just read peoples tattoos.
