This video is 100% true. I recently left Haven and tp'd to MK. But i straight away join AUS guild so now I'm part of the alliance. In regards to the city it is total cancer to travel around. For sure its the worst city to get used to. As a new player you have to waste so much time leaving to navigate the area. And also doing the missions sucks outside of the graveyard quests to travel to and around the city. But thanks for this video i hope new players watch this and avoid MK unless they have a guild there waiting for them once they leave haven.
I started in MK on alt 1 server before they merged it all into 1 server and I can say that its prob one of the worst places to start as a new player due to the size of the town and the distance between everything PVE related
Will you do a video about Hyllspeia? (If it's frequented & alive, if broker is active, if it's viable to live there and if She has a good spawn/resources or things to do near? Like runs in NecroHut etc..) Maybe your toughts about the usefullness of the 'Nordveld Republic' standing and a full walkthrough of the city. I know there is the Advanced Metalwork (?) book seller there but out of that? Is really empty & useless?
MK is great and fine for a starter, while it's spread out there is duplicates of most things in all 3 hubs of the city. Problems were the entrances/exits always being real risky. Now it's got sewers and shit too which is great! Toxai is the real shithole, got that place blows. If it wasn't for the fishing and elementalist stuff nobody would go there.
I fully disagree with you in many ways and on many points. The vastness is one of the perks of the city. So here's the thing. It's the best city for multiple reasons. It has a sewer dungeon, it has so many ways to enter and leave the city, it has more shops and banks than any other city, it has every type of house/keep items/npcs you need to buy, it has multiple money makers for gatherers (rice, apples, pigs, wood, etc), and it has so many bandit camps/risars near it, a troll near it, and multiple high tier dungeons within about 15 minutes(risar dungeon/necro/spider cave). You have near by access to the coast and jungle. Right outside the city there is unique gathering (barley, pears, and multiple alchemist items). There are multiple horse spawns so close, etc. The perks are endless. It is absolutely the best city in the game, and a great starting point. Plus so many bears near by.
Let's compare this to a town like meduli. And skip early early game aspects since youre really only meant to do that for weeks max(can do it longer but more viable options). Taur Dogs > bears. Sea Dew/Ganum > Rice, fruit, wood. I understand toxai has sea dew but on a fraction of what meduli has. Meduli has far more population engaging you in far more player interraction. Risars is great however, for books and steel but lets be real you can get steel in other ways. Vault has bigger drops also clothos queen which is a better spider cave IMO. Canteri is fairly close allowing you to farm salvia. Much more condensed town making it far more new player friendly. Graveyard literally has guards at the gate for new players. Koto does zerg vault yes. Id fight a 30 man of koto any day if the week over a 10 man of knightfall in risars. MK sewers is excellent for skimming but past skimming its not amazing. I believe meduli to be the best experience for new players and end game players for the pure fact youre going to get far more experience engaging with other players which is 80% of this game, you have multiple nearby things to do(farm reptile for budget gear, farm sea dew, aloe, salvia for consumes and gold) The one and only thing ill up MK on is its great farming field risar tasks for clade past that i cant fathom how it's better in anyway. I understand alot of meduli is zerging and mounted builds but veelas as a whole can counterplay this, and a solid small group can counterplay this. This game is all about finding your character then getting to the point where u can farm effective gold for steel/consumes and finally trinkets. Our 2 best options for that outside of outlaws for that is Vault and Undercroft and Vault is much much more friendly.
@@chadstevenson2007 Solos can't do necro past the bridge anyway, but they can raid the area before the bridge for sure, as I've done it( as a pet mage). You can also hang in the pit and get the loot from the bridge falls.
@@chadstevenson2007 Ive been hitting necro dungeon the past few weeks with not many issues. I don't think TiaMing is standing guard like they once did.
@@ChrisN85 i went about 2 weeks ago and seen them at the bridge. TBF necro dungeon is hardly worth compared to UC or vault anyway. Why farm 100-600g scrolls or tupalecs when u can farm 10-40k trinkets.

Another video from the legend himself
Is still very easy for them to make tin drum still the center of the mat
Morin Khur is awesome! Just be careful in the sewers, there might be something electric in the water waiting for you!

I will make one xD good idea

Overt camps hyllpeia and granum pass 24/7
i miss the game so much but i will not return until 2 char slots.

If you ever in catch yourself in mk. Talk to pissbandits and succulents. They’ve found out how to make the mk area resourceful.
Is it just me or does the video footage of Ue4 look better than the shit we have now?
XD the shader tone changed and it give a other feeling now. better or worse for some.
@@WolfszeitYT Yeah, it just looks cleaner. A lot of visual jank in Ue5
Godroll trinkets are the end game, i just buy ogh
Bakti ist und bleibt die Hauptstadt...

Also necro is borderline impossible to attempt. Tia Ming camps the bridge with eles & 100 pets. & necro isnt raw gold it's selling tupalecs & scrolls
