    Oh, if anybody felt like crying anymore: the dark streaks underneath Blackquill's eyes? According to the official art book, he often cried during his early years in prison and couldn't be bothered to wipe his face. That's where they came from.
    That poor man suffered so much.

    • @bane2201
      @bane2201 3 года назад +31

      That was so funny to me too. In so many cases Wright has been almost paranoid about respecting the judge, and the judge seems to worship Edgeworth's thinking abilities. This time both of them were like "we're talking to Aura, STFU".

    • @NinjaAO42
      @NinjaAO42 3 года назад +5

      Well the judge at his most serious was basically being walked all over by Manfred von Karma(except at the end), so I think something like the prosecution and defence telling him to STFU is pretty tame by comparison

      @@NinjaAO42 I can understand Edgeworth being able to tell the judge to stfu, but it’s weird seeing Phoenix do it. Usually, with how rigged the ace attorney games are against the defense, that would earn him a guilty verdict with a side of taking his badge away.

    5:00 I know everybody else has gone on about it, but it shook me right to my very core, and I get chills just thinking about it. Something that almost never happens to me with video games.
    The thing that really shook me up was that line.
    "...I'm taking her apart to see if I can FIX HER!"
    It's so disturbing to me that an 11-year-old child would willingly tear her own mother limb from limb not in some horrifying attempt to destroy evidence, but genuinely believing that doing so would save her life.

  • @HarmonicVector

    A reminder that what is on the Mood Matrix is what Athena can piece together with Blackquill's tone along with his testimony.
    So imagine what it feels to believe that you killed your mother, and then your own gadget literally painting a picture of you, Age 11, bloodstained saying that you're going to fix your mother.
    Phoenix got lucky that Athena didn't end up like Kristoph after his breakdown.

    • @serenlink3888
      @serenlink3888 3 года назад +33

      That's the thing not enough people talk about with this moment. Athena standing over Metis' body on the operating table is Simon's flashback, but the close-up of dead-eyed Athena is specifically in the Mood Matrix UI, you're *specifically* seeing that through Athena's POV. For all intents and purposes, that's *your* face you're looking at.

    • @knighthood3k4
      @knighthood3k4 10 лет назад +36

      Gavins case was a bit different, as there was nothing he was hiding unconsciously. The reason for his black locks were to keep wright away from a truth he knew. And that truth is, he knew Shadys real identity....and his motive for killing him was the fact that he was fired and replaced by wright, over a game of poker and he was also the client that hired Vera to frame Wright for faulty evidence . We didnt have to break these locks because while none of the evidence we had could force a reaction from Kristoph, his fate was left up to the Jurist system. Note, the locks popped up when Wright asked why he killed Trucys dad...

    • @Blitzwaffen
      @Blitzwaffen 10 лет назад +53

I'm no expert myself, but even with my limited knowledge, I can tell you that she appears to be "yanGIRE", not "yanDERE". A yandere, by definition, needs a romantic interest for their shenanigans to revolve around. A yangire, which is basically just "cute and psycho", requires no romantic interest.
    ...Of course, it doesn't really matter as far as the game's rating is concerned, seeing as a yangire would also trigger an M rating and - more importantly - because Athena is neither, but it's still something that ought to be clarified.

As you read your fear starts getting to you, and then it start to rise at 4:50. Your left speechless and as you keep reading, you almost want to look away but can't. Then goes a tad silent at 5:02 to update the info AND THEN FROM 5:06-5:11.... (O_O) your unable to press the continue button for sometime as you stare at that face while it burns into your retina. Then to top it off, you read the last sentence and you are now know you sleep, and you know your going to be lucky if you get sleep tonight.

    Umm...have you not been paying attention throughout this entire episode or something?
    She literally never left the space centre, and was constantly in the midst of robots and the latest technological A.I.
    If you have no memories apart from these ones when you're 11 years old, then you'd also believe humans and robots are the same. She wasn't stupid, just sheltered, so she thought that because robots could be dismantled to be fixed, that you could do the same with humans.
    It's actually got extreme scientific merit to it. It's known as "sheltered brain defaults". Something that seems like extreme common sense to you, in this case that robots and humans are completely different, is overlooked by someone else who's been sheltered from that fact.
    TheKpa11
    Might want to wait until finishing the video before trying to point shit out dude...they explain the thing with the jacket. And also the memories flooding back is realistic...When you suddenly get a spark of thought, or a push in the right direction by someone, your memories of an event that were buried deep in the back of your mind come rushing foward. That's how the brain works. Memories don't "go" and then "come back". They're always "there", but just hidden by you and buried in a metaphorical "locker". When you get the one "key" that can unlock that "locker" though, the memories come piling out of it and flowing to your mouth easily.
