    🙏🌹 We did that at my Kundalini Joga,class in the USA,I gat so hot was afraid to burn up😮😮For what is this breathing good?They try to make the Energy go up to the head!😲😲🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😳😳🫣🫣

      Chia has spoken on this. Kundalini Yoga, they generate too much electricity without putting down any ground wiring, that was his analogy.
      This exercise doesn’t raise energy to the head, the cranial activates naturally when you activate the perineum, it’s like north and south pole. All the energy at the end of the exercises goes to the navel/lower dan tian so that you stay safe and centered.

      Hello! At the end of this video, Master Chia shows how to collect the cultivated energy in the lower Tan Tien. If you don’t do that at the end of the practice, Qi always goes up, so it will raise to your head. Too much Qi in the head could be dangerous, as it can cook your brain. Though, if you do breathing practice correctly with storing energy in the end, you will experience positive results, such as increased vitality and energy levels.
