This is gonna be a breakdown and ending explained for the reality smashing, sisterhood of the traveling superpowers that is The Marvels! So sit back, grab your intergalactic cat and let’s bite into this snack! Spoiler warning for everything in The Marvels of course so if you haven’t watched that movie, give this video a pause and then come back when ya done, son!

Let’s start this video off by talking about that super exciting Mid-Credits scene that features a Monica Rambeau waking up in the medical bay of the X-Men’s underground headquarters designed extremely similarly to the way it was in the original X-Men films from the early 2000s. Monica awakens to the sight of a woman that she thinks is her mother…but is actually a Maria Rambeau variant codenamed Binary…a name that should sound very familiar to Captain Marvel comic fans.

Beast in the Marvels movie seems more like a live action version of the animated X-men beast. Even down to the Little teeth sticking out of the mouth and the round glasses. it might be the 2nd live action Animated x-men we see
and its kind of an animation too(cgi) just realistic
Hopefully they'll give James Marsden a mulligan and have him reprise his role as Cyclops and give him more agency.

Don’t believe the hype. This movie was a good ride, especially given what’s happening the the world right now. One of the major themes is a fantastic message for everyone. The amount of negativity that’s been projected onto the film vs. how it actually views is astounding, and really reveals the intention behind some of these RUclips review channels. All I have to say is figure out a way to see the Marvels for yourself, because it is a key connector between the present and future threads of the unfolding Marvel cinematic universe.
Also, very nice work, Mr. Mountain (MT)-keep it goin’.

Obviously 2015-16 secret wars that’s how we got (1610) ultimate universe miles morales/jimmy hudson/ the maker the evil version of reed into (616) main marvel

I really enjoyed this movie. There was a moment where it was losing me during the singing planet but the rest of it was awesome. It felt better than the first captain marvel movie and I really enjoyed that movie too so all in all it was good.
Singing planet was really channeling love and thunder energy
@stephenwalk2186 just a bit, but I would have leaned into the whole disney princess aspect of it and have some ugly ass alien birds fly around Carol during the singing portion just as a small gag. What I would have liked is a guardians of the galaxy cameo since they're space related and just to see rocket and the new gang again to perhaps help during the fight on the musical planet , and to give some kind of Male energy since they didn't introduce Blue Marvel.

The scene with Iman Vellani recruiting Kate Bishop like Nick Fury in Iron Man was gold! So glad we have somebody that cares so much and is as talented as Iman! She really was the best part of the movie!

I think they are going to mix up Champions and Young Avengers into 1 team. Swap out iron lad for iron heart, possibly add a young x-men/mutant to replace cyclops etc.

New rock starz changed there full time employees the main ones to like a part time thing or something to were it took away there med benefits and I’m sure there was other stuff too going on but they didn’t take it and moved on. And it’s honestly for the better. I like MT on heavy spoilers better. I feel like he can be more of himself and do way better breakdowns.

What If is not canon to the universe that the MCU takes place in, they're based in different universes so even if they continue the story of Monica it will only be canon if the universe that the episode takes place in is the MCU's (which none of them have been so far)

Something that is cool to think about is that Kamala has those powers due to a combination of her mutant ability and the bands, which keans it's possible when the bands leave Kamala she'll still have the abilities to some degree as well as giving the new users a different powerset :(
She did use her powers without the bands in the film tho

"THE MARVELS Ending Explained": Phew, I am so glad! I was scratching my hand about the complexity of this product all the time...
I found this movie rather entertaining. Lots of laughs and good (and sometimes actually creative) action sequences. The main characters played off each other really well and the acting was respectable. The movie also had a positive message and was generally pretty positive overall. I think a lot of people would find they actually like this movie if they'd stop listening to everyone online who loves being negative whenever possible for whatever reasons, justified or otherwise.
Also I won't lie, I thought the singing planet sequence was great😂. Wish they sung some harmonized battle song during the fight.

I enjoyed the movie
This is what drives me nuts with these directors and writers. They have the access to all these characters but put teasers on a morphine drip. This is why most people have hero fatigue.
Especially this movie, the director doesn’t give characters no Justice at all. The young actress who play Ms Marvel has been great in spite of the shaky direction. Give her a proper director that does her justice.

I don't know if its just me, but I'm having trouble following all the characters' intersecting plotlines. Monica Rambeau's story, Captain Marvel's story, the Kang variant in antman, He who remains, Loki's backstory, the variant of he who remains, the bangles in The Marvels, the Dar Ben character, how exactly Captain Marvel did the whole sun resurrection thing, the whole skrull refugee situation, Ms Marvel's backstory with the alternate timeline time dimension whatever she does. The way everyone's powers work, the Vision and Doctor Strange situation, Dark Wanda Crimson Witch, the Spider-Verse, the new captain america situation I don't understand that either. Like it's not really tying together in a cohesive way, it feels kinda spliced and splotched and random. I've been watching these videos and other youtube videos, and following all the series - it's just kinda too much. She Hulk, I had no idea what on earth that plot was about to be honest. It's all over the place, too many movies, too many series. Oh, Black Panther 2 and the aquatic people. They need to simplify it, and streamline. Kree, Skrull, Flerkins, Aquatic Aztec people, purple bangles, quantum entanglement, quantum world, time travel, time incursion, the loom, branching timelines, TVA. Loki is great, but I'm just not sure how all these elements really make sense anymore. At least with the Thanos storyline there were the core Avengers cast, and a common threat which was Thanos. This multiverse doesn't feel like any of the characters are a core or have a base.There's no emotional connection to a group. Maybe one person likes Carol Danvers, or someone likes Loki, but its hard to be invested in the collective story. Unlike with Iron Man, he was kind of the "main character" or "leader" of the Avengers. In this the "leader" is Nick Fury, and his story didn't make much sense in the Secret Wars. None of it makes sense.
Guess this Marvel just isn't for you, is it?
The movie wasn’t that bad. It’s a funny movie and I enjoyed it. Not every marvel movie needs to be a drama 🔥

I disagree. I think Marvel needs more drama and stakes. Most marvel movies are comedies or comedy lite. Considering what they are leading up to is a pretty serious event, things should be getting serious as well. Marvels best movies were ones where there was emotional investment, drama and stakes. Things these new movies severely lack.

The problem with the film is that the plot can be solved through communication.
The severity of the situation is clouded with comedy.

I've gone from being really excited for x-men and Fantastic 4 being in the MCU to not wanting them to touch these and waste great storylines with shoddy execution (aka Secret Invasion Syndrome).
I’m surprised people label Secret Invasion as when they feel Marvel went bad… for me it was WandaVision 🤷🏾♂️

After antman i was not going to spend money on marvel except GOG which did not disappoint, ill just wait till deadpool come out to go back to the movies

As I thought, its one of those forgettable MCU movies.
I fell asleep for most of the runtime.
But the only good thing about this movie was Kamala and her family.
And that mid-credit scene.

"Mid" Credit scene is spot on; this was so boring and just desperate.
Was funny, entertaining, fast paced and had more action/epicness in it than I thought !
I’m not one of those screaming ‘endgame level’ when a project drops, but I did enjoyed it more than the ridiculous Thor4 and more than the emotional animal-cruelty dragged out GotG3 ✌️

This movie was everything I wanted going into it personally. I had fun. Haven’t had fun watching many MCU movies since Endgame. I left the theater with a big smile on my face. Iman Vellani is a star and whoever casted her needs a raise. She is simply incredible. To each their own and the movie was by no means perfect.. but I liked it a lot more than I thought i would. Appreciate the breakdowns as always! 💙🙏🏿
It was not as horrible as those internet nerds have been screaming about. However, I think it is one of the worst MCU films to date. I personally liked this more than the first captin marvel and any of the antman movies.
That girl was annoying as a mf and brought down a dull movie even further for me. Happy you got some enjoyment out of it at least, you will be in the minority I feel
