The 23 was removed because the OG originally did not have the 23. This powder blue is in true OG form.
Glad u clarified bc I really was bugging over the embroidered 23 being there. I personally like it but OG is OG

I have certain numbers I'm more familiar with as OG as I owned them as a kid. I'm versed in a lot of OG but some I never owned example (never had og raging bulls 5's part of collezione pack) but I bought as adult and I can say the red in the OG was way more vibrant and the material was different. (Sign of times) At any point I'll pass on these for the 🫒 9's l8r this year

Growing up in New York city, when I graduated from high school in 1994, don’t none of you crack no jokes on me😊 that was the shoe of the summer! Everyone had a pair of Jordan nine powder blue, but they had a different name back in the days and yes, I had a pair too! In New York City, we dubbed those the Carolina 9s
🔥🔥 I always wanted these but could not afford them back in 1994 as a teenager but I copped a pair yesterday! The OG’s like me definitely copped a pair for the sake of nostalgia. But Nike has to come down with that $210 retail price!!! That’s why these shoes did not sell out on release day. Plus I think people are saving up to cop them 🔥🔥🔥 Industrial “Military” Blues!!

last good 9s was the particle gray and mine got stolen during shipment in atl when the theft with trucks was going on nike refunded me i was pissed i wanted the shoes lol
