    fresh coriander 1 bunch
    chana dal 1 cup

    all purpose Seasoning 2 tbsp

    I have been using your "Awesome Restaurant Style Base Gravy recipe. since you posted it a while back It's brilliant , so next time I need base gravy I will give this one a go. Keep up the good work

    Usually do mine just in a pot and simmer for hours Steve. Think I'll buy a pressure cooker and try it like yours. Looks great. 😃😁👍

    What's Aramat? I don't think we get that in the states but I do have an Indian store where I can check - is there another name for it? Can you do a video of one without using a pressure cooker?

      Aromat is basically something like Old Bay Seasoning. Without a pressure cooker, just boil it for 50 minutes longer.

      Only mildly, if you're not a coconut fan leave it out.

    Is this base sauce going to be used in the future BIR curries you are planning? Can this one be used in place of your past BIR recipes and still "work" well? Nice video - straight to the point. Steve.

      Hi Tony, yes plenty of videos on the horizon for this gravy, and yes, all my base gravy recipes are interchangeable. In future I'll be making more INDIAN style base gravies such as; tomato gravy and butter gravy which will be for specific North Indian/punjabi dishes.
