I worked at Bath and Body works a long time ago and I had this woman come in with completely empty lotion and shower gel bottles, like washed out and everything. Bone. Freaking. Dry. She dead ass said she wanted to exchange them because she didn’t like the scent. I kind of thought it was a joke, so I laughed at her and then realized by the look on her face that she was 100% serious. I was like “if you didn’t like the scent then why did you finish the product?”
She goes, because I heard you guys had a to the bottom of the bottle guarantee. I was like no ma’am there’s no such guarantee, so no, you cannot receive credit for these empty bottles, because that would be like ordering a meal at a restaurant, eating the entire plate, and then saying you didn’t like the meal and you don’t want to pay for it. She literally had nothing to say, and just grabbed her bottles quietly and left the store. To say I was completely baffled is an understatement
Every trip to Costco is full of drama. The parking lot is a nightmare, people will wait blocking the way while someone else loads 2 carts of groceries just to be one aisle closer to the door, there's kids running around everywhere, people getting crazy over free samples (fair) and let's be honest, no one needs 5 gallons of mayonnaise. 😂

The last clip made my blood boil. I HATEEEE being late to appointments. That guy actually was being so much more cool calm and collected than I feel most people would be.
I 100% agree that the chick at the pharmacy is in withdrawal and was denied pain pills. I’ve actually been on that medication before and the pharmacy has the power to deny you your prescription, even if a legit Dr prescribed it. I know there’s an epidemic of related death from that medication, but there are very few places that are affordable or free to help these people. My heart goes out to that women. I don’t agree with what she did, but I understand why and empathize with her greatly.
As someone who's also been in a similar situation, the sad reality is she'll likely just end up getting who-knows-what off the street now.

“That medication”...? WHAT medication?? There are a TON of meds that can cause withdrawals if you don’t take them regularly. I’m sorry for your personal experience; I’ve been there too with a variety of medications. Doctors legit don’t even care anymore. My
GP took me off a medication that sent me into severe withdrawal after I’d been on it for decades no problem and their only explanation was, “they’re really cracking down on that now, so I can’t prescribe that anymore”. It’s insane!! Doctors not even caring ppl can literally DIE from withdrawal! Poor woman. No telling what she was needing or how dangerous her situation... no one should have to experience this. (I’m in the US for reference)
@@katters4368 I’m guessing it’s a pain killer like oxy or Percocet. Can’t know for sure, but withdrawals are pure hell. Doctors do not care about quality of life and patient comfort. I have horror stories of how they treated my mom in hospitals. She’s disabled and had 3 back surgeries and is on pain meds. Has been for over 20 years. But every time we go to a hospital for other unrelated issues, the first thing they do it take her pain meds away. They give her all her other meds, but deny the pain pills because according to them, they can slow her breathing and she could die. What do you think she takes at home every single day? It’s utter nonsense and it pisses me off just thinking about it

Closest I’ve come to beating the crap out of someone over food. Everything was super tense and I felt terrible after
I can't pass a homeless person without buying them something to eat or even giving them a few bucks (even if I know they're just going to buy drugs or alcohol). DON'T FEEL BAD! Don't ever let someone force anything on you, even if it's on the pretence of help, and especially if it's unwanted touching. It's OK to say NO, be firm (but polite if you choose), and clear about your boundaries. Yes the homeless man didn't deserve to be disrespected but neither did you, DON'T feel bad.

Unfortunately in the food industry people do this ALL THE TIME! It’s insane. A women came into a Frisch’s my wife worked at back in the day so dang much and did this (eat the whole meal then demand to be comped) that she was literally blacklisted from being able to get refunds/comps! Case 2 is the recent guy who ordered chicken wings, got tenders, are tenders, came back 2 hours later right before closing and demanded a refund! After being told “no shot” he then drove his dodge truck through the front of the store. I never heard if he got arrested or not lol.

I worked at Starbucks when that card theft happened. That’s why if you go through the drive through they’ll hand you the card machine and you put in your own card. That policy changed right after that incident.

Using physical force to restrain another person in place for any period of time
Tying a person up, or tying them in place to another object
Failing to let someone out of a car when they ask to leave
Blocking a person’s exit from a room during an argument or altercation
Would harassment or obstruction apply?

My local Walgreens has quit giving any effs in the last 6 months.
3 times they forgot to order my medicine, when out of stock, and then gaslit me about the fact that I had asked them to order it to begin with. The last time, I had already paid for it and was told to wait an hour for it to be filled. I came back an hour later and they said that whole situation never happened, basically. Receipt be damned, and it was still out of stock and not ordered. Needless to say, I don’t go there anymore.
I keep thinking maybe that lady had that same experience at her pharmacy….

We had a guy like that chicken guy back when I worked for Hardee's in the kitchen. He kept ordering burgers, eating half , then sending it back saying it was undercooked and he wanted another one . About the third time he tried this, I came out from the back and told him to G.T.F.O. or i was going to call police.
The pharmacy clip is most likely what you guys said it is, but there is a very very slim chance that she had a legit script and was denied by the pharmacists. Some Canadian pharmacists in certain provinces have the power to do that, it's pretty crazy. Again, though, it's most likely the former.

On the Starbucks thang....a similar situation happened to me. Used to occasionally patronize a nearby store. However, sometime later I noticed odd charges for Starbucks gift cards on my bank account. Filed a fraud incident with my bank....no problem. I contacted Starbucks customer service. The person I spoke with could not have seemed less interested. I was dumbfounded. Have not stopped at any Starbucks since. Maybe it's part of their corporate culture. Ugh!

9:00 yeah this is why in the EU, stick to paying with government standard SEPA, because you can refund the payment within 8 weeks no questions asked, and you can still dispute it within 13 months.
Don't use VISA cards, unless the bank has an option to only pay with pin or app/SMS authentication. Literally every single person contacting the bank is because some rogue subscription is on there, and VISA is not helping them at all unless they jump through 10 hoops. Oh and VISA doesn't always take the money from the seller, sometimes the bank settles it for you, I just like the extra little vindication that the money from SEPA refunds is coming directly from the seller.
It's also a sign if they have SEPA payment that they're very confident that you'll be happy with your purchase and won't refund it of course. Unlike VISA where it's about clawing your money and keeping it away from you...
Having to cancel a card tho sucks so bad cuz it makes you have to re sign up for everything and sign back in to everything and if you don’t have the passwords your fked I had to do this recently and ugh it’s such a pain my mom and I have everything hooked up to it and half our sht was all shut down so frustrating like literally health insurance, to like Netflix to just everything it’s a lot it really is it doesn’t seem like a lot but when you have had it for years it’s such a pain!!

I once went out with a friend and she had a bunch of buddies of hers meet us at a mc donalds and they were sooooo rude. One guy ordered something and his order got mixed up so he lirerally drank half the drink and ate half the burger and then decided to rudely ask for his correct order. When that arrived he realized he got a sprite instead of cola and he drank the whole drink and then again rudely complained. This whole time the one working employee was super nice, didn't even mention how he ate the wrong order before complaining and even got him some free chocolate. But when she tried ro retake his order he started mocking her accent. I had enough and I kicked his leg so hard that he stopped. I swear to god to this day I wish I had smacked him some more
That is one of several reasons I keep dog treats on me. If you unsnap a harness and throw a dog treat in the general direction of the woods. Two things happen. One the person blocking you fucks off. Two the "threat" of a big scary dog is now gone. Cause a good boy ain't turning down free treats. That is also why your dog should have amazing recall or you should have great cardio.

Just watching the stolen credit card details clip and I once worked in a job where I took orders and payment over the phone and would receive and write down peoples card details and billing address on paper to place orders then destroy the paper at the end of each day, it was only a small business and I like to think of myself as a good person but if I wasn’t a good person I had so much opportunity available to me.
My sister has done that in multiple store - including the pharmacy. She did have a substance issue, but also a personality disorder.

I used to be a front desk manager at a large chain hotel…the night auditor decided she needed money and took it from a credit card belonging to a guest visiting from the UAE. The guest called and said to put the money back or he was calling the police. Of course, we investigated and found out it was her. She got fired. Pills were the vice.
