      Forrest - how did you raise your initial capital call for your real estate deals? FFF? To me raising money is a critical skill for success

      @@nikhilchess glad to hear that, I figured someone out there would benefit from seeing the guy who- truly- isn’t even a solid technician.
      Yet the panoptic principles do stand as the important factors to financial success. And some luck.

      @@davebrown7009 it took me 12-18 months to build a system, I basically modified Gary Keller's marketing system in "Millionaire Real Estate Agent" (the red book... the blue one for Investors is also great)
      But for the first 6-months, it was just boots on the ground shakin' hands, kissing babies, and smiling a lot.

    Hey, any reason why none of these promo codes work on the site? I tried to buy a DFY affiliate site and the code shows invalid.

    Great interview, and a kind of person you can learn a lot from, thanks Jared! Did I catch it correctly that he makes 30k from 20 websites combined? So 1.5k monthly on average per website? Seems like it's on a low end, is it because they are primarily monetized with ads?

      The future is an incredibly brightly light door, and the imagination is our key 🔑 eh?
      The plugin and SaaS are currently in the imagined phase, but hoping to move that into creating soon 🤞

      Aka “books” are cheap. Libraries are cheap.

      The seesaw of Labor and Capital is the dominant fulcrum of Capitalism. Opportunities need both, and each are symbiotic.
      So... I concur 👍🏻 -- FPW

    I want to watch but immediately don't like the guy before the video begins 🤣 - so it's probably going to be from the perspective of someone that could afford to outsource and hire writers etc rather than someone starting from scratch. The rich get richer as usual

    • @forrestpwebber
      @forrestpwebber Год назад +1

      Am I understanding correctly? 👉 you deem it best to not listen to or watch people who you immediately don't like?
      How's that going for you?
      RE: Rich get Richer... see comments above on capitalism.
