- Great request... amazing that this is our 5th song of his, but we are completely blown away again! As some of you have said, "you ain't see nothing yet." We're going to keep going! Which one is next?
Наш Димаш иногда напоминает мне связку отмычек. Я просмотрел сотни реакций разных людей. И не все из них готовы воспринимать Димаша так, как мы его воспринимаем. У них другой менталитет, другие вкусы, предпочтения, предубежденности... Кто-то из них считает, что знает уже все, видел все, понимает все!... Кто там? Димаш? Что за "Димаш"? Ну, давайте послушаем...
И вот что лично мне нравится наблюдать... Их лица. Они слушают и стараются найти изъяны, недочеты. И им даже кажется поначалу, что вот они это нашли, кажется, что сейчас расскажут и объяснят остальным, почему Димаш, это "ничего особенного".
Но у Динмухаммеда и Игоря Крутого так выстроены композиции, что они голос Димаша демонстрируют как бриллиант неторопливо и обстоятельно со всех сторон, начиная спокойно, размеренно и двигаясь к кульминации постепенно.
И вот, почему мне пришел в голову образ связки отмычек. Сидит такой "эксперт" и демонстрирует всем своим видом: "Ну.давайте! Удивите меня, если сможете".
И Димаш начинает... Показывает такой голос. Эксперт морщится. Ничего... Димаш вдруг меняется и показывает другой тембр и сложный вокальный переход... Эксперт терпит, сука, держится, чтобы не сломаться и не поддаться чарам, не сдаться, не признать...
Но композиция продолжается, Димаш легко повышает ставки и взбирается выше, выше. Он уже выше облаков.
Эту отмычку к сердцу достал... Не подошла. Другую попробовал, дверь к сердцу не открывается. Но у него на связке этих отмычек много и самой разной формы. И он с улыбкой берет другую, третью. восьмую. Все-равно, в каждой композиции он найдет отмычку к сердцу любого скептика. Распахнет дверь и пронзит прямо в сердце! Расплющит, заставит натянуть бейсболку на глаза, чтобы их спрятать.
Сколько скептик не блокировался, Димаш крушит любые стены предубеждений и любой, абсолютно любой в какой-то момент понимает, что слышит нечто нереальное, Божественное! Превосходящее все, что раньше приходилось слышать. И в этом месте шарики заходят за ролики!)))

The guy is with the glasses took Dimash in during the competition and was an encourager/mentor for Dimash. Dimash calls him "Papa Lin"- Terry Lin (who surprisingly is in his 50's) is a Taiwanese singer. He has been nominated for the Golden Melody Awards 5 times for Best Mandarin Male Artist. He is known for his clear and elegant androgynous voice, which utilizes different resonance in his head to 'mix' head voice and falsetto to effortlessly move to the high ranges and maintain power and volume despite his slight build. Terry Lin and Dimash are favorites of Jackie Chan's. They sang a song in July at Jackie's film festival opening ceremony (a song Dimash composed as a teenager) and both can sing with great octave ranges.

The lady watching who looks like her cheeks were blown up was actually the lady who won - Sandy Lam. Hard to believe she's 50, right? Only 4 galaxies? lmfao. He only shot to fame after Singer in China. I'd also love to see him becoming more successful. He's bringing class back to singing. Nope, not his first show in the US. He was on the World's 'Best' which was a shitshow of note, and which he withdrew from. I was actually wondering if he'd ever go back to the US after that abortive episode, but I'm glad to see he's risen above and he's back in the US. The concert in NYC is only the first in the US. He already sold out a 30 000 studium in 2017 at his Bastau concert in Kazakhstan. Again sold out the same stadium a few months ago. Sold out the Kremlin 2 nights in March. So no, he is no rookie on stage.
I think no matter where he goes to perform, tickets are going to be sold out because fans from different sides of the world would follow no matter where he performs.

It's his first solo concert in the US coming up in December. I count myself as one of the lucky ones who has tickets and will be there. He has 2.6 million IG followers. The man in the glasses is Terry Lin. Him and Dimash became very close during the competition. Dimash calls him "Papa Lin". They have actually performed a couple of times together after the show. To answer your questions: Everyone in the 'room', including the guy with glasses, is the competitor (some of them are the 'assistant' of the competitors). You won't see Dimash's coach anywhere. Once in awhile Dimash's father would fly over from Kazakhstan to watch his competition, and he would be standing by the crowd. There are no actual judges in this competition. The 500 audiences are the voters, I believe. There are about 14 episodes of this 2017 competition which lasted for about 4 months (not sure if my numbers are correct. haha).

To answer some of your questions....the man in the glasses is Terry Lin, a fellow contestant on The Singer 2017 with Dimash. They became good friends and Dimash calls him "Papa Lin" out of respect. This performance of Adagio was the 6th episode from The Singer 2017, his "break out" year in China that brought him onto the world scene. And his concert in NY is his first solo concert in the USA. Thank you for another great reaction to Dimash! I know that stunned, speechless feeling. I get it quite often with this young man. You should also check out "Love is like a dream". Yeah, it's not just his vocal ability or technique. It's his performance as well. He gives everything to the audience. He is the perfect package. Talent. Passion. Technique. Showmanship. He knows how to tell the story. He's humble and loves music and just wants to share his love with the world. The fact that he's tall, dark and handsome, doesn't hurt either. His English has improved since this show as well, but he can sing in multiple languages too, which is also impressive. He is being all that he can be. He's inspiring.

Dimash was taken to the music school just to have a look when he was 5. The teacher played a few notes for him and he repeated them exactly. He told them that the piano was out of tune. He was correct. The teacher told his grandmother that he has perfect pitch. Dimash himself says his vocal cords are longer than normal and that his natural voice is a tenor.
Thank you guys for your reaction. That was warm, sincere and funny. Dimash is such an outstanding vocalist in terms of ability, pitch, versatility and power. He always has such an incredible amount of emotion in his voice that makes people tearful and breathless. I agree with you that Dimash should have much more followers/subscribers on his social media platforms. Hopefully it will not take long for the whole world to acknowledge and appreciate this incredibly talented young man. The man in glasses was one of contestants. Dimash called him papa Lin. This was still the Singer series in 2017.
Papa lin's name is Terry lin. He has become part of Dimash's entourage whenever he can be there; he's a successful singer in his own right (Dimash's favorite singer) and their friendship is a deep and powerful one. He's from Taiwan. They go to Dimash's house (his parents' house) sometimes. Like, for a family birthday. Some of the other people who go to Dimash's house are relatives. Dimash also has a younger brother, about 11, and a sister, a pretty, smart girl who just turned 18. Dimash adores his family, and is very good to them
Some of the other guys in his entourage also met him when they were contestants. All of them are successful singers, even the ones who look like teenagers. They have different roles in the entourage. They all put each other before themselves. I'm sure that their presence also has, in effect, a security function.
Igor Krutoy is a genius as a composer, though lately he has been leading Dimash along a darker, more sophisticated and less innocent path than any direction he's ever gone before. I think his parents are keeping an eye on it. I hope so. Although Dimash is intelligent, his focus often is on his music, and on what he can do for the world, especially Kazakhstan.

It will be interesting, once you reach the Songs he is singing now. He reached a new Peak this year. Even the original singer Lara Fabian praised him for this Version in 2017. He was sooo Young and did not speak english or chinese ! I mean try to sing in a language you don't speak or understand......It is freaking impressive. 2019 he is able to speak english. He has millions of Followers on Instagram and RUclips.
truly an epic performance. it really takes putting everything you have into what yr doing to do what dimash just did here... when i first saw this & him curled up into himself at the "no, no, no, no!" part, i was effing broken. dumbfounded. crying. it was beautiful & haunting & entirely life altering.
on another note: regardless of heavily accented english, i have always been amazed by his ability to seemingly just know how to enunciate each word to express the emotion & meaning behind them... all without actually knowing how to speak english. & his pronunciation has only gotten better in spades.

He is a multi instrumentalist 💖 that's Terry Lin with the glasses, another competitor, they became great friends, yes it's the same show, 2017 I am Singer. I am a Dear from The United Kingdom. Dimash is the most reacted to singer on RUclips. He has sung in the US before but this will be his first Concert there. He is so busy he has concerts all over. I think all the Dears are subscribed to his official Instagram account, there are a couple of fakes so make sure you are on the right one. I agree he should be heard on every radio station in the world. Because he has always given live performances, he has relatively few recordings, but he has a couple of albums out plus some only in China. In Kazakhstan when he shot to fame in China they wanted to do a Dimash day on the radio, so they called his Mum, that's when they realised they had nothing recorded, so he worked so hard to get his albums done so they had something to play. Hopefully more recordings are being put together ready for his US concert ❤
Adagio was originally composed in English version and recorded by a French singer/ songwriter named Lara Fabian. Dimash rearranged the song and put a twist and made it his own. Lara in the other hand, heard Dimash version in The Singer 2017 competition in China and was pleased and congratulated him. Hopefully these 2 powerhouses will sing a duet together very soon. Good reaction guys, all you have seen are from "The Singer 2017" 13 episodes of that. He is still under contract to Hunan TV so his shows tend to be mostly in China, Russia and Kazakhstan. He will be performing on 10th December at the Kennedy centre in New York in his first US concert. Yes you are right , he is set to be a worldwide superstar, but his feet are still firmly on the ground and he is a very humble man, dedicated to family, friends and his country.
Adagio is based on a fragment by Italian composer Tomaso Albinoni in the 18th century. It has a interesting history, if you interested look it up on Wikipedia. The final composition is a very, very, very beautiful piece of music (one of my favourite classical). In 1999 sensational Lara Fabian released this crossover version in English and Italian. Dimash sung his heart out in this, it's really overwhelming.
Mom InJungle And Camilo Sesto (Spanish singer) sang this in spanish back in the 70’s I believe.
Dimash has 7,8 mln followers on Weibo in China. They are separate as they can not use IG or any other non-Chinese social nets, plus he has 2,6 mln on IG, but he deserves much more. If you want to see a lot of vocal wonders by Dimash together you should go to his solo concert. The last one, Arnau, was so outstanding and unforgettable. Abut 10 months ago I stumbled on the video version sung by Lara Fabian. This was my first experience hearing what immediately became my favorite female singer. I did a search to see who wrote this song and found that she wrote the song. During that same search I saw that another artist, whom I never heard of also sang the s omg. The very next performance that I watched, just minutes after discovering Lara was Dimash. That became my first discovery of the both of my now favorite top two vocalists. I urge you to watch Lara’s video version of Adagio and then watch Je suis Malada live. You will hear and watch an amazing performance, this girl can act. I saw her last month in Chicago and I have tickets for Dimash on December 19th at Barclays Center in New York. Lara is listed in Dimash’s list of influences that Dimash says was his inspiration, along with Pavarotti and Michael Jackson.

Adagio is based on a piece by Baroque composer Albinoni (there is some dispute about this but that's the likely story) with lyrics by Lara Fabian. Lara is wonderful singer and you can find her version on RUclips.

Adagio is a masterpiece of an Italian composer Albinoni, words by Lara Fabian. Lara Fabian is the first performer of this version of Adagio. She highly appraised Dimash’s cover and encouraged him. They are going to sing a new duet quite soon, possibly in November this year.
And the song "Adagio" is derived from Tomasso's Albinoni's "Adagio in G-minor" composition. Made into the song by belgian singer Lara Fabian. She is a gem herself. Dimash sung few of same songs Lara sung. Because present Dimashe's producer Igor Krutoy (singer, composer, songwriter) wrote these songs for Lara.

But next morning after Dimash's first performance at this competition "The Singer 2017" Dimash waked up famous for all China. Chiness love him crazy way absolutely. In Russia and other ex-republics of the USSR where Russian speaking peoples live we love this gay all. His native language is Kazakh and his second one is Russian. Our countries are very close, we understand one another. And now Dimash became known in the world. This is great for him and for all of us. Dimash sings on Kazakh, Russian, English, Mandarin, Italian, Ukrainian, Turkish. If it will be necessary he will sing on any language on the Earth I think 😁.

Guy with the glasses is Terry Lin. Him and Dimash got really close during the singer. They have done duets together and Dimash calls him Papa Lin. They adopted eachother. It's a real love friendship...
Dimash also is very close with both of his natural parents. To see them sing together, write in RUclips "search," Dimash sings with parents." You'll see the 3 of them on the stage together, and the old people he goes to greet in the audience are some of his grandparents.
As his concert in NY (Dec.10) approaches, I believe there's going to be an American explosion of enthusiasm for Dimash. It would be good to get press coverage all over the country, as well as Canada, and whatever is possible in northern Mexico. I don't have the resources for this, but I can answer fan mail. The 500 people in the audience were actually the judges of the show. And yes, this was part of the Singer 2017. He came second in this series and in 2018 her was invited as a guest singer where he sang "Hello" of Lionel Ritchie. Keep up the reactions. Love you guys!!!!

I am following him on his YT and instagram for more than a year now, when I started he had only around 50K subs on YT, now it's growing over 460K. He is very famous in Europe, MiddleEast and Asia. His music is unique and different, l am so addicted, but sometimes people don't seems to go along with his brilliant genres of music. So they kind of keep away. But people's tastes are changing, l am sure he will be big in future. He has quite a busy schedule till Dec. Two solo concerts and many collaborated concerts with Maestro Igor Krutoy. Btw way he sings in more than 12 languages and can play over 7 instruments. Thank you.

His largest fanbase is in China and they don't have access to an IG and YT, they have something similar to IG called Weibo. That's where he has the big numbers. NY is his first solo show in the US and his second in the West (he played in London in 2018)
