Hello, i'm native Russian from Moscow. and i agree with you guys, Dimash is an international treasure. I don't know how often people like him visit this Earth, probably 1 time in 10 thousand years. Nobody to compare with. I feel myself a happy person just because i witness his glory. Culturally, geographically and historically, Kazakhtan & Russia are rather close, both countries are parts of EuroAsia. So I understand his behavior and feel a demand to support his Cultural Mission. Hope, you've got the point: Dimash devotes his talent not to get billions of paper money, but to keep a many-centuries cultural tradition and make current people more human. The total humanity needs to be reunited and more shaped spiritually/culturally so people could understand each other better. it's the magic and majesty of THAT VOICE that brings so many of his fans to tears, regardless of what he's singing. i discovered him accidentally on RUclips a few weeks ago and can't get enough of him. i live in san francisco now, but grew up in brooklyn and am flying to new york for his first USA solo concert on december 10th in B"KLYN! i'm sure that's his way of acknowledging my devotion. i better say ha ha or the hordes will jump all over me for being so arrogant. love your reactions and assessment of his singing.
Lionel met Dimash in 2017 and from what I heard He loved Dimash's version and sent a family member to record it for him....Yes..Dimash sang in that show and gave it to the kids...one was from Kz and the other India..The boy won...Danelyia from Kazakhstan came in 2nd... Dimash would never compete with kids...He is an Aga in his country...a highly respected teacher....by the kids and he loves kids....He said some day the judges would understand....even Jessie James was floored hearing Dimash sing this song.....He was a guest on this show in 2018.... Jessie won and Hua Chenyu came in 2nd...another awesome singer from that show....Dimash is a National Treasure in Kazakhstan...Thanks for reacting....Oh ya...talking about Bruce Lee...Hua Chenyu is the Bruce Lee of Chinese music...Dimash is 25...Hua is 28...and I'm from Redding, CA USA....In Dimash's 2017 Singer competition...he lost to Sandy Lam... He just blew up after that! I belong to the Simash Kudiabergan Internation Fan Club. We are from 120 countries! I represent Arkansas, USA. I'm going to his N.Y. solo concert in Dec. This will be his first solo concert in the US. He is also performing in October at Barkley Center, Brooklyn, N.Y. for Meastro Kroutoy's birthday celebration.Dimash gave his fans the name Dears. You often see him in a hat that says DEARS and a shirt that says Dimash + Dears = LOVE! He loves his Dears and understands no matter what you do, how good you are without Dears (fans) you are nothing! You'll see soon a bold gay at the piano in many Dimash's performances. He is russian famous composer Igor Krutoy. He write songs only for Dimash now. This is very good collaboration of two talent men. The competition "Singer" which you see now was in 2017, Dimash was 23 years old then. Now he is 25 years old and if it could be better his voice became better at all 😁. I love his voice not only for high notes, low notes are beautiful because they are unexpected after falsetto or whistle. I have tears everytime I hear Dimash. 😁👍🎼

yes Dimash was in The World's Best Show in LA, but they cut all his performances to 2 minutes, cut out his Kazakh song for no obvious reason and in the finale he had to compete with 2 kids: one girl from his own country Kazakhstan whom he supports and 12 year old boy playing piano from India, so he quit the competition and let the kids go on. Boy from India finally won the manin prize of 1 mln $. When he told them he is leaving they started offending him, especially Ru Paul. So we do not advice to make reactions to songs from that show. Representing USA here. Some fun facts for this performance - the long white flute you see in this video is called a sybyzgy, a side blown flute and one of the national instruments of Kazakhstan. Dimash says “I love you” in three different languages - first in English, then in Mandarin (“wo ai ni”) (twice), and in Kazakh at the end (“men seni suyemin”). He whispers “thank you very much” in Mandarin at the very end. Your “Bruce Lee” comment is interesting and I get what you’re saying because on stage he does come off very confident, but off stage he is very humble and self-effacing. He is the ultimate showman.

His vocals towards the end also had Kazakh vocal influences.

Romania here. Next, I recommend "Sinful Passion", "Love is like a dream", "Ogni Pietra"(New Wave or Arnau) . These are my favourites from Dimash. The last two are from this year. If you want, you can go on with the older ones, to see his evolution. Oh, and also Diva Dance is awesome too, the later one is better than the one with Confessa together. Alien stuff here. He improved the lower range tremendously since 2017. And the mix with Eastern elements and techniques is really cool. He's awesome. Not only as a singer, but as a person too. Refused to compete against children, he's always humble and grateful to his fans despite the Bruce Lee confidence while performing. And he's very classy, yeah. Not sure if the regular popular talent shows suit him. And he doesn't need them anymore anyway. Also, I think he's the one who started calling his fans Dears. Amazing guy. Prepare yourselves for this trip, even if you'll never be truly prepared.

Dimash's fandom is all over the world. He called us not fans but "dears" because he treat us close to his heart like family members. His biggest fandom is in China where he competed in the Singer 2017 and won 2nd place. He's just 22 then, the youngest. Now 25 and getting better each year. Dimash did a lot of covers and all of them were so amazing and mind-blowing. He added more color unto them with new arrangements making them his own. I'm being overwhelmed with so many emotions every freaking time I hear Dimash sing. His voice is the definition of so many feelings. And there is the fact that this guy is a Kazakh Turk, and I am a Turk from Turkey, I can't help but feel proud of him. It just comes natural, especially when he goes from opera to eastern style music which I am familiar to, then I just-- How can I not love him? I really hope he gets recognition he deserves ASAP.

That contest was The Worlds Best in the US, when he was asked to sing on it he told them he would not compete against children, they told him there would be none. They lied to him. Run Paul attacked him but Dimach was his normal humble self and said he would not compete. He then sang his little heart out to a standing ovation. He would have easily won and taken the one million dollar prize money but he was true to his culture, they elevate children to do well. He is a true gentleman and so, so polite and humble. What a superstar he is. We should respect and try to emulate him 💖

I´m a Dear (Dimash fan) from Mexico. I really like your reactions and today seeing you guys with teary eyes was epic. I don't know if any other singer has caused people to get excited like that with his voice like Dimash. You can choose any Dimash song and going crazy. I have never admired a singer as much as him, even in my teens when I was most impressionable. He's a very talented young man, who has taken his musical career very seriously, is about to get his Ph.D in musical composition so he's very clear about what he wants to achieve with a song or with a show. A young man with strong roots, loves his family, his country, is humble before his audience and patient with his fans.
