As the series settled in to its third season, the actors' reached a level of performance that really involved us in their relationships. A great cast, sublime writing and direction.
I love the fact that Shaw and fusco had these moments, as usually shows like this have most moments like this with the main star, but this just added more depth to the show! Really great show!
"Oh! that's not good! the little wheel's spinning .. I'll just restart!" GOD this one made lose it! I'm sorry to say this but the truth in this world there're alot of ppl like this old man! XD
For those who may not know, Greenwich, CT is a bedroom town/suburb of NYC. Lots of wealthy people live there - and it's definitely not as hustle and bustle as NYC - I should know, I grew up there. So the writers were having a little fun with the comment "Things are a little slower here in Greenwich".
He would just bitch about it Machine: Beep beep boop "What is this!? Seriously? I'm gonna have to listen to this like some puppet with a stick up its ass!? I'm out. Call me when you need me to punch some sense into some low life, will ya?
The show ran its course, nowhere for it to go without going bad. The audience will always demand more, right up until they disagree with the writers/director. This causes the ratings to fall, and the network can't justify another season, leaving it without a satisfying conclusion. It's like gambling, cashing out when you are in the black will never be a loss, even if you feel like you might have been able to get more, so just take the win.
@@ProBreaker The writers and creators had planned for 6 seasons of story, and seeing the care and effort they put into it, even if the show had blown up in popularity I'm 100% sure they wouldn't have extended it to the point of being bad and thus would've kept it 6 seasons long. (they would've probably instantly done a spin off right after of course had it be uber-popular). But instead it had to settle for 4 and a half seasons. They still managed to wrap things up nicely, but I'm sure the very few flaws of the show would've been fixed or addressed in 6 seasons. And for those who don't know, the show wasn't canceled cause it was doing bad numbers, on the contrary it was quite profitable. The issue was that CBS didn't own entirely the rights for the show, so they were only making a fraction of the total profit. They canceled the show cause it was profitable but the money wasn't going in THEIR pocket. Money and greed hindered art. A sad story indeed.
when I first saw Shaw "Relevance " I never knew Sarah Shahi exsisted. Now after 5 seasons I consider Sarah an absolute SUPERSTAR!! her portrayal of Shaw was GROUND BREAKING!! I.would love to see more new Shaw but can't wait to see what Sarah does next.
Sarahwas great in Life with Damien Lewis - shame that was such a short franchise. Fusco's character was so under-rated considering the changes he went thru from bad-cop to hero.
@@DanishSatkut That show was cut super short. I fell in love with that show. But knowing how three of the cast members went into greater things was fantastic.
I loved Shaw on POI because I loved Sarah Shahis BRILLIANT portrayal of Shaw!!! The strongest women character I've ever seen on TV!!! As good as any MAN!!
She really added a lot I agree. Both she and Root. The show definitely missed Shaw when Sarah Shahi went on maternity leave, but so glad she came back.
I just finished the series for the first time. Confused and deeply disappointed John died randomly on the street after being blown up on a rooftop, Samaritan lunatic gassing himself and Finch made absolutely no sense, Fusco being shot like that, none of th e end respected the show, the actors, their characters. As if the writers were so pst about being cancelled they stopped trying and just threw something together to get it over with. Caviezel and that cast were Stellar and deserved so much better
Funny Moments. 0.50 and 2.06 Respectively. Fusco: Break into my house again and you'll be sorry. Shaw: I'm already sorry, I'll have to hear your whiny *ss back to Queen's. Fusco: to Finch, You see that, She used me as a human shield Shaw: Nah, you were just in the way. Just cracked me up.

"You know the dog's the only that likes you, right?"
+myhextixmind You need to edit your comment.
lol honestly Fusco had some good burns
One of the greatest lines in the show. Bear and Shaw 2 snarling bitches.
😂😂😂❤
I love the fact that Shaw and fusco had these moments, as usually shows like this have most moments like this with the main star, but this just added more depth to the show! Really great show!
Fusco: "You know I'm a cop right?" Shaw: "If we were eating doughnuts and shooting cardboard cutouts, you’d be in charge"
"Lionel, your face looks good all covered up like that."
Shaw is absolutely gorgeous.. and Shahi was amazing in the role. One of my favorite, badass female tv characters.
Still want to see the POI spinoff starring these two sharing custody of Bear

I'm bummed that Fusco never got to have a God Mode moment with the machine.
He would just bitch about it

That's okay he got to protect a model. He was happy.
You can't be serious? The machine would be all like 7 and he would say "it's that late already?!" and get shot in the face

Typical politics. 😢 BAD MISTAKE 👎 😑
1:39-1:50 is my absolute favorite Fusco/Shaw moment. 😆🤣😂
The first time I saw that episode I laughed my ass off. They're so opposite of each other and it works so well.
Cracks me up every time haha. Just hilarious.
Shaw and Fusco was my favorite duo of this show! Always looked forward to their banter and (weirdly shown) love for each other!
I really like these two together lol, it's like night and day, opposites attract.
Dinglie Danglie Doodle You know what People say, conflict is main souce of comedy.
Well written and wonderfully played ,thanks
I might be wrong but I am sure Fusco was the only person that Shaw would allow to drive...
Well we know that she did not want John to drive the boat....
@@petert3355
Or, the sports car from storage.
So true. She doesn't even let Reese to row a boat in S03E03, but let Fusco ride the carriage at 1:52
The dogs the only one that likes you! Lmao. Great love hate relationship here.
This was a great show, such a shame it ended! I miss Root & Shaw :0(
In the reunion episode , they will free Shaw and Root will have her Lesbian moment .

Donald Sachse You should watch her in "Life" as well.
Thanks for mentioning that series, Satkut. Really appreciate that!
I knew her from "Life", and I honestly thought she sucks.

Each of the main team have great repartee when they're one on one. 😆
0:10 lol! Shaw's slow contemplation, before deciding to go with a "Jesus, Lionel. A bit dak, even for me. 😑" type look! 😂
That eye ball roll at 2:30 ....
I love this, they are just do gooders.
Fusco works well with everyone. Absolute treasure 😂
In love with Shaw
Fusco looks Amish when he starts season three driving a carriage in Central Park.
Offical - I LOVE SHAW!.
Goddamn I miss this show!

someone should make one of these for root and fusco
Working on it
Right, that scene where she tells him where his name comes from is priceless

how about a spin-off show with these two?
And the dog obviously
@@ghfhgfuuu And Leon!
She called him Lionel. That's about as melty as it gets.
Funniest quote in the whole series: "If we were eating donuts and shooting cardboard cutouts you'd be in charge."
My favorite is the one starting at 1:20.
Sarah Shahi made Shaw very refreshing!!
Sarah Shahi was the glue that made this show so much better than before she showed up. Good job producers.
She really added a lot I agree. Both she and Root. The show definitely missed Shaw when Sarah Shahi went on maternity leave, but so glad she came back.
“Leon you look good with your face all covered up”
I hoped a spin off with Shaw and Fusco.
And Bear!
The UN moment is my favorite
You missed to add few scenes
Fusco snoring, and fusco wishes Shaw new year...

They never got the story arc they deserved.
Why do i get siblings energy from these two?
The reunion episode will have the team finding Shaw and freeing her from the group that made her disappear .
they were fantastic🥰we needed more of this
hearing sarah trying to do a NY accent🤐

Felix Unger and Oscar Madison got NOTHING on Lionel Fusco and Sameen Shaw!
I didn’t much like Root, but I really love Shaw. They could not have chosen anybody better for that role.
First scene on which episode?
