Might as well be. Even at medium hard I have trouble beating him in arcade mode with my mains, it taking a dozen tries for me to actually beat him, let alone any difficult higher. In my experience, he's classic SNK boss level of bullshit.
Oh man, the good old days. Somehow this makes me sad. Imho it was the best era in SF ever. SF IV was a genius entry and had so many epic players with Gamerbee, Tokido, Daigo, Justin Wong, Poongko, Xian, Infiltration, Bonchan... only to name a few. These times will never come back yet I'm happy so many videos are up on RUclips.

If I'm honest it reminds me what Poongko was like at the height of SF4 and also how evil Seth was back in those games if I'm honest I think Seth might have got nerfed slightly on the transfer.
Ok here me out. So, Poongko takes his shirt off when he’s getting serious. So now that Seth is a t-doll- I mean just “doll”, how about we get a female to main Seth and also take her shirt off when she’s gettin hype? She also has to look dead inside too.

maybe it is just me but i think sf works best as a slow paced fighter like 5
It's probably why Sf5 was much slower in terms of combat because it had to appeal to a newer audience
