Knxwledge has extended the audience of whoever and whatever he samples. It might as well be an affiliate marketing negotiation. Its the perfect contrast like you said. Hard raw verses with those beautiful sounds.
@@keygenxcx no band camp I think the journal download price. The vinyl i remember seeing for $50 and the whole collection for $200 now it’s like $2-300 for one vinyl and there’s like 6 plus tapes
Knxwledge's diligent work to brilliantly remix Meek's old freestyles is as hip-hop as it ever gets, for real, so his frustration is aptly justified. His other work with other artists' old freestyles is genuinely fantastic too, but it puzzles me why anyone on Meek's team would go out of their way to strike Knxwledge's remix work when it is only benefitting Meek and generously handing him new fans. Thank you for making this video to bring attention to both Knxwledge's work and highlighting the nonsensical bullshit with this issue.
Knxwledge definitely helped Meeks career, I don't know why Meek wouldn't big him up for remixing music that most people would never here unless KNXWLEDGE put it out. Nobody talks about meek these days or his music. But knxwledge has those magic hands he can really make any song better it really does seem like he's jealous which is wierd because their both two successful black men. Meek should have never done that to an underground legend! Meek needs to open his mind & show love to the producer who showed love to him first!
Where will hip hop go next once they take sampling away? Will we live in the dirty slums of the metaverse? All I know is I’m not fucking with this robot trap shit

So crazy, knxwledge from Germantown my hood?? Wooow. And i do what he started doin, i be remixing (my own friends)vocals, lacing samples and making videos on my channel but no one knows my shit and Idont care neither! Its my art i love doing it, fuck the copyrights and any artist i borrow from. Its art and this shit will never stop!! Bout to drop my weird ass album soon too
I was with you until that last little bit. Y'all really want to take Meeks side for no reason. Dude doesn't even own his own music, but wants to hype up how we all need to help bail him out of the unjust issues he was going through. He's a creator and cares about what he makes. When was the last time Meek cared about some shit? I'll wait... Moving on, when meek owns his masters and stops talking about NFTs, then maybe... nevermind that won't happen.
Are we sure meek took these down? He's on a label, that wants to get paid. I'm curious if it was meek or his label. Regardless, if meek not getting paid off these, it's his right to not want them out. 🤷🏽♂️
Even if meek isnt getting paid ... knx put enough work into those beats to where he deserves to get full profit .. knx only used meeks raps like a melody its not like meek came in and recorded those verses himself for knx .. then he would deserve payment imo
bruh fuck the whole bussiness side of things. It's music, it's supposed to be free flowing. sampling will never die even if it has to go further underground 🔥
For KNX to post that id say he knows what’s the deal is and it doesn’t surprised that Weak Meek might be behind it, he’s been a certified goofball for years! Always with the extra and comes out looking like a 🤡
G.O.O.D. Music is just pronounced "Good music". Have you never heard Kanye talk about it or anyone else on the label like Big Sean, Kid Cudi, Common, John Legend and even Pusha T obviously as he was President of G.O.O.D. Music. Sorry just thought I'd let you know. Maybe you weren't too aware of GOOD Music.
Um, Hip-Hop had bands in the 90s. And artists still have bands live on stage. I think that point there you made was wrong. 70s? Does The Roots and A Tribe Called Quest not ring a bell. Maybe they were too underground for you. 😂
Honestly, Knxwledge is the best thing to ever happen to Meek.
Especially since Diddy. 😂
He really is. It’s literally only time I’m actually bumpin’ Meek in the whip
That is not knx in the thumbnail cuh
😂😂
who is that tho

Those remix tapes are serious. It was those that introduced me to knxwledge . Hope this gets cleared up and the tapes continue
Those tapes are going for $200

Sucks we will never get more, but so glad they are still up.

He realized people liked Knx's remixes better than his original shit thats why
knx is the best thing to happen to music in the last 10 years

Not every situation is equal, every rights owner have their individual stance on their works being sampled.

I mean KNX not lettin rappers release tracks using his beats kinda the same as meek not wanting knx to use his vocals in his beats tbh.
thats actually a good point didnt think about that

If meek copyright striked it all the volumes would’ve been took down, not just volume 6, but rd
i peeped that AKAI SOLO cameo
I didn’t know he did this to knx. He’s the reason I been doing what I been doin in ableton for over a decade.
I expected meek to thank KNX or even pay him, he did magic with his tapes
What does papoose have to do with this? You didn't have to clickbait viewers with a picture of him.
You have a dope channel sir 🔥
