These things wont fit my ears no matter what they always come loose and i dont get any base after. I have tryed all the tips and nothing works.They sound good if i hold them in my ears by pressing them in and holding.they dont have enough volume i would never recomend these or buy these ever again and i cant take them back as i bought them from best buy

same with me mine is brand new and it’s frustrating the ear buds gets loose and pops out. i thought its just my ear not made for that design.
