there are a few, and i know JP from "talking the orville" occasionally reacts to The Orville. Probably the OG channel regarding The Orville, way back when it was known as Egotastic Funtime.
It's such a fantastic show, and feels more like a modernized Star Trek than most of the recent Star Trek shows. I was so glad to hear that season 4 is supposedly actually happening.
Glad someone is finally reacting to The Orville which, in my book, is Seth McFarlane's love letter to Star Trek (he cameos himself in an episode of Enterprise). Its a great show, pretty funny with good stories, and fun likeable characters. Keep with it, its a great yet under-rated show, deserves more attention.
I'm a fan of Adrianne Palicki from when she played Tyra in the "Friday Night Lights" tv series. Saw her here so....cool 😎 I too only saw the first season. The second season wasn't carried by my provider.
In the first few episodes you can see the show and the balance in the writing trying to find its feet, and it does. This show goes from strength to strength with great character development and tackles some serious subject matter. I will stick around for your Orville journey.
“I have been waiting for this my entire career.” Seth McFarlane has been working tirelessly trying to get Paramount to greenlight a Star Trek show that he pitched. He’s been a fan since he was a teenager, making plywood sets and playing Captain Kirk. He had a couple of guest appearances on Star Trek enterprise. I want to became clear that he was never going to run his own track. He decide to make it himself. A show that harkens back to the next generation. Without the pretentious grandstanding and holier than thou attitude of Gene Roddenberry’s original vision. But the show continues Roddenberry Spirit, by being a very optimistic view of the future. It does not take long for the show to go from parody to a standalone work worthy of a Trek name.
The Orville becomes much more like the TNG era (TNG to Voyager) of Star Trek by episode 3. they find their footing very fast. the first 2 episodes were sold to Fox execs as more as a "family guy" style comedy parody. rapidly shifts in tone very quick, and sheds off a lot of the cheesier humor while keeping the relevant humor. 3rd episode is very well done, eps 3, 4, 5 are fantastic episodes in your near future. and ep 4 and 6 are my favorites for the season. look forward to seeing your reactions for them.

Just like Galaxy Quest, while being both a parody and homage to Star Trek, is considered to be a superior Star Trek movie, this series is literally the best Star Trek series to come out since Alex Kingsman took the franchise woke. It is basically TNG without transporters with the added bonus of Seth McFarlane's humor. You're going to love it! Im looking forward to all your reactions and the upcoming 4th season coming soon!
I love that you're reacting to this as nobody seems to and it's a great show. I love the fact that everyone acts like people would in real life. As others have said. They had to make it a parody to avoid a potential lawsuit. Later on though they could tone town the over the top parts because it had established itself as a separate entity to Star Trek.
The writing rather quickly deteriorates tho. A show like this thrives when it explores, instead it focuses on one of the most annoying characters and some annoying kids, and then they are the center of the rest of the story.
_'The Orville'_ did the "we are a parody" gimmick to get approval to be made & dodge copyright lawyers. As rapidly becomes apparent as this season progresses and moreso with seasons two and three, this show is the true heir to the legacy of Star Trek. Unlike Fake Trek shows Duhscovery and Pretendcard. (In the interest of fairness, once Metalas was put in charge of Picard Season 3 and undid/erased seasons 1 & 2, resetting back as close as he could to the Canon Timeline, it became a reasonably good show.)
This is the only channel I’ve seen so far that’s reacted to The Orville. It’s an amazing show!!
Some channels are busy with original Star Trek shows, and I think they will turn to The Orville afterwards. At least I hope so. Just takes some time.
Indeed. Nope they make it a regular thing.
Also wish someone would react to Star Trek Enterprise.

They're too busy busting a nut over "House of Dragons". Basic
On RUclips simply search 'Orville react' and some channels will show up that have reacted or are reacting to it as well.
I hope you guys watch this whole series. Probably my favorite Seth MacFarlane show.

couple eps actually. long live Ensign Rivers, may he never wear a red shirt.
Thank y’all so very much for watching The Orville. My favorite Star Trek since Voyager.

The Orville has times when the humor is too much, but when it's good, it's really good.
As the series goes on it becomes a lot more serious.
You guys rock! The Orville is great. 😃👍
OMG, thank you! I'm so excited you are excited!! I look forward to more of this series! 💙Storm⚡
You mentioned the theme and I've always thought it was a mixture between a Trek them and the Police Academy movies theme.

rip your inbox lol. First reaction to this so far as I'm aware.
There are one or two who've reacted, but that's it.

The blue guy is Rob Lowe. Don’t worry, he’ll show up again
I love the Orville. I can't wait to see more of your reaction to this show.
That's awesome! Thanks for watching with us!😁
It gets even better. I kinda prefer this all to new ST shows. Picard i liked, but thats mostly nostalgia guess 🙂
Yeeesssss! I love that someone is finally reacting to this. its very underrated.

We no longer need to fear the banana 😂
Great reaction guys, thanks :)
Just subbed to watch your journey. Love this show!!

the best episode is where they get captured into a alien zoo
Oh yeah
Please do more, I love the orville
great show
Finally someone reacts to this. Such an awesome nod to sci-fi. I've nicknamed it better trek
I loved Orville. If you loved Stat Trek, you will love it too. I didn't follow it to streamville.
That's great to hear! Thanks for watching with us! 😃
I haven't seen the actor who plays Gordon since Critters he was so young then

@@Glisern Now that I will certainly agree with. The one annoying thing they did was introduce the kids. lol
The more i watch The Orville, the less I see it as a parody, but definitely heavily inspired by star trek
Seth Mcfarlan is a Trekkie! RUclips his fan fiction clip! Galaxy Quest made a joke out of Star Trek!

this should have been new star trek and not the cbs crap we got
it was a fun series, but with a disgusting last season - 50% woke + 50% boredom, 0% humor.
Can't afford streaming so this should innerestin'.
Damn I wish this show didn’t get canceled….
