We didn't get crash twinsanity, we got a demo of what would have been one of the best games of 2004.
We need a remake with everything that was removed from the game

Eduardo Aaron nah I disagree, I’d really like a reimagining of Twinsanity, taking place after Crash 4. Open world, with great platforming, with some old nostalgia thrown in there, as well some a couple linear levels.

Curious how the idea of travelling through dimensions came full circle. I wonder if the next game continues the story of Crash 4 as a Twinsanity reimagining. It would fit.

If they remake Twinsanity, they should bring Evil Coco Bandicoot and other deleted scenes from Twinsanity to remake.
Because it's supposed to be extended cutscenes.

Here's how I would fix for the remake:
-Remove evil crash because how lame hiss existing is and maybe replace with fake crash
-Make evil twins appears more so they can be actual villains
-unlockable moves that is required/Optional
-Skip ingame cutscenes
-make aku aku actually useful
-restore the cut levels
-bring back the spinpunch
-more crash and cortex rolling sequences
-make more levels for mecha bandicoot, Nina and coco despite she was unused
-extended the idea of the time traveling
-Gives all the villains more spotlight
-make crunch cool
-Make oxide as a secret boss (because yes)
-switch characters
-give nina more gameplay style instead just being a weaker crash
-make more cortex section (maybe base on his cancelled game that was around him using his devices)
-have cortex a reason on why he can't teleport around
-collecting gems for actually good stuff (like maybe play new bonus levels)
-has a world selected area so you won't be painfully go there manually
-make crystals matters
-More cool crates
This is exactly why Twinsanity needs to be brought back so that can reach its full potential.
This game would have been remembered as a freaking 3D platforming masterpiece if they had gotten to finish it.
Now Activision and Xbox could probably do something about it...

Crash 4 had the Evil Twins as a cameo appearance, so maybe this could be a hint to a future remake!? 🤔

Personally, I think the game deserves another chance, it has a lot of potential and I loved the humor. I still love what it ended up being anyways 😃

This is just something I copy and pasted from a message I sent to someone so I didn't type this up as a response to this video but just as my thoughts and hopes for a remake.
I wanna remake of Twinsanity.
Each day, I feel there is a less and less of a chance of it happening.
It plays so differently to Crash's original formular.
And they seem to be sticking with the series roots with Crash 4, which I like.
But I have an undying love for Twinsanity and seeing how much content has gone to waste for that game makes me wish more and more that it had just a bit more development time. Or at least a remake which adds content and fixes issues people had.
The original Crash games are very linear 3D platformers, more akin to a 2D platformer like the 2D Mario games.
Which is nice. I like the OG Crash games. I grew up with them as well.
Twinsanity changed things up, making the game free roam.
It's still a linear game, but with the illusion of an open world with many different places to explore and secrets to unravel. But besides how it controls and the core mechanics of the game, Aku masks, crates and platforming, it only just barely feels like a traditional Crash game.
I feel if they made some tweaks to the gameplay, say found a way to re-implement gem requirements and give crates more of a purpose with things to find on the side, maybe add story elements and locations that were cut from the game that was released, it could be an evolution of the Crash games. It'd still play like a traditional linear Crash game but with things to do and places to explore on the side.
My dude, within a matter of time, I believe you're able to. There's plenty of game-making platforms out there! I wanted a Twinsanity Remake/Remaster for YEARS at this point, but it's just never been done.
If you do plan to actually make this, I recommend making a discord. Would absolutely LOVE to see how development goes.

Perhaps they might end putting Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity in one game I think that would be the better option.

Watching this after learning that Activision has put all the teams behind the awesome remakes into Call of Duty/Warzone maintenance just makes it twice as heartbreaking. Both the devs and the audience deserve better

Ngl. One of the reasons why i love twinsanity that no other fan talks about.. is how accurate they got the whole crash being inspiered by the looneytunes thing. Plus cortex's gags just makes me lose lol.

I really want to see a remake. I’ve finished playing through the new crash 4 game and I won’t spoil the ending or the plot however the ending in that game doesn’t directly conflict with twinsanity, meaning that it could be possible for a twinsanity remake to take place after the new fourth game.

I heard about a scrapped crash game that was in development during the legend of spyro a new beginning's development that revolved heavily on a medieval theme and time period that at one point during the game had a full adult spyro helping crash. there really isn't an explanation about it, I mean, it makes just much sense as N.Gin having a battleship. Was just a cool setpiece imo
Here's my guess: I think the creatives at the studio looked back at Koala Kong's origins and based this idea off of his boss battle in the very first title, which involved minecarts traveling on railroad tracks. Maybe they just thought "Hey, how about lets put him around railroad tracks like in the first game, but upgrade his minecarts into a train!" That's the best theory I can come up with...
This just shouldn't be remade. I'm saying this as someone who loves this game. This game is my second favorite crash game after the ORIGINAL Crash 2, and it's a bloody CLOSE second. As such, I'll explain why. This game was either really loved and really hated and from a business standpoint, it would a horrible idea. it's the same thing with the fact that "Oh crash disregarded Wrath of Cortex, Twinsanity, Mind over Mutant and Titans." It didn't, it just created a new continuity. but this brings me to my main question, a lot of people are like "oh yeah I hated that game, those games suck", so why care all of a sudden? As such, half the people probably won't even know what Twinsanity is and the people that do would be like "I hated that game". So why the hell would you want a remake of these? It's like saying oh yeah I want a remake of Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity instead of a brand new game. They did it right, I'd be up for a game like Twinsanity but we really don't need a remake of it. The story would make absolutely no sense when they did the remasters, CTR NF, and then crash 4. Crash 5 should be either following on from crash 4 or we should get a brand new racing game or party game one of the two, but remakes are done now. We need new games to get the hate away from the other crash games that are not even that bad for the most part. The only games that are actually bad are BoomBang and CTTR.
I like Twinsanity for what it is, would it have been cool to have all the cut content in there and like more stuff in iceberg lab and complete harder clone or iceberg lab in the tenth dimension, of course, it would have been. I would have liked that from TRAVELERS TALES though in the original, not from A different company that probably half of them haven't even heard of the game. If we get another remake that this time would be unnecessary, It's possible that it may suffer the same problems.
On top of this, Andy Gavin, also thought the series should have been rebooted with the original 3 games, CTR, and then new games after that. As such, if Crash 4 DID erase the timeline, if Andy Gavin, suggested it gets rebooted why the hell are so many people both wanting a remake of Twinsanity and also so annoyed that it erased the timeline? This is the best thing they did for the crash franchise and I'll openly tell you to try and open your mind a little bit because honestly, you are suggesting something that in theory can get the franchise bad rep again. After NST Crash 4 and CTR NF doing so damn well.

I really hope we get the sort of ‘director’s cut’ of twinsanity eventually, obviously traveller’s tales couldn’t work on it anymore cus most of the people who worked in Twinsanity have probably left, and they’ve been enslaved by Lego, but if we got toys for Bob to remake twinsanity and wrath of cortex and give us those games the way they were meant to be, it would be amazing, the internet has proved multiple times that if we want something enough we’ll get it, it happened with the sonic movie, it happened with justice league, let’s make it happen with twinsanity!

This game might see the Light of Day in modern consoles, since now after crash 4 Toys for Bob can create games based on other timeline In the multiverse and probably manage it well!

I just started playing the N’sane trilogy.

I think we've reached remaster fatigue in this age. The remasters are getting overdone and their quality of work is getting lower the further we get remasters. A remake with all the cut ideas implemented would be much better but almost 20 years later, i doubt the original devs would have any interest on actually working on it. And Its even more doubtful that publishers like Activi$ion would greenlight such projects.
Well yes and no the og devs seem to be on board sort of but it's all in the hands of Activision and they have greenlit old games to be remade look at tony hawk pro skater 1 and 2

I feel like the Crash Bandicoot games post-Crash 3 are given a bad rap. Like, honestly, most of them aren't bad games. They're just bad compared to the original trilogy. Hell, even Crash Tag Team Racing and such ain't bad, it's just...not Crash Team Racing. I feel like, if they were judged as standalone games, and not compared to the 'good' Crash games, they wouldn't get as much hate, or as low of scores.
It's a similar situation with like, Ratchet and Clank Size Matters. It's no where near as good as Ratchet and Clank 1-3. But is it bad? No. It feels weird when you swap between the original 3 games and Size Matters, but when you just take Size Matters as it's own thing, and pretend the others don't exist, it's really not bad. It's still a decent beat 'em up platformer-y game. Same goes for the PSP Jak and Daxter. Decent game, just no where near the originals.
I know it's hard to just ignore the better games in a series. It's hard not to compare. But I really feel like games like games need to be judged on their own merit, and not compared to the better games. Like, take the game and imagine it's a completely unrelated ip, and THEN judge it as if it has nothing to do with the rest of the series. And then consider if it'd still be bad or not. Once that's decided, then go back and consider the ip it actually is and work from there.
I have to disagree. I preferred crash bash and crash bandicoot the wrath of cortex over crash twinsanity.

Twinsanity is overrated trash that deserves to be forgotten for ruining this series. If Titans games never existed, this game would've taken the hate. It's easily the worse made Crash game that has a certain loud fanbase.

Just cause this poor man's Jak & Daxter game has so much cut content doesn't mean it deserves a remake when it sold like crap for being an unappealing and the odd ball of the series that turned a lot of old fans away from the series. Activision is never touching this low selling mess of a crash game made by unfocused devs.
well, way back when I stopped playing right after Crash 3 and never touched a Crash game until Crash of the Titans, and even as a kid I remember it being mediocre at best. I have no nostalgic googles for Twinsanity, yet the fact that it looked so good even if clearly unfinished brought me to research this much.
I know that for some reason there's no middle ground, either people love it or hate it, and I see why. This was the start of the goofy crazy period of Crash, but in my opinion it was handled pretty well in Twinsanity, just for it to spiral into uncharted territories.

@@Pannox Yea Twinsanity handled the humor well since that's its selling point, but it definitely turned the series silly as other games afterwards tried so hard to follow in its tracks for the humor and silly atmosphere, and that just didn't sit well with me. Cause prior to Twinsanity, the series wasn't even silly in tone and atmosphere but instead more tame, and the characters were more likable because they were cool and intense since ND advertised them that way since the series was about focused intense action in linear 3D gameplay.
I greatly dislike Twinsanity cause it's rushed & unpolished gameplay with a lot of cut content just made the experience very underwhelming, and making Crash into a brain-dead moron didn't really help since he was always the coolest to me in past games. But yea to each their own.
That's my point, the game was rushed for time constraint, which is why if they would go the way of make a new game followed by a remake and so on, Twinsanity is a good candidate. I never said remastered in this whole video, when I said remake I meant re-do and improve the base game.
About the humor, yea, not much to add, it's incredibly subjective. Personally I like it.

Like it or not tons of people outside this fanbase remember Bash over Twinsanity. Twinsanity is nothing but a cheap knock-off of the entire series downplaying and parodying everything that came before and relying on forced jokes to sell itself, plus it's the worse open world game compared to Jak & Daxter, Mario 64, and Spyro.
Bash is not even a Mario Party rip off since it doesn't rely on board games. And at least Wrath of Cortex plays like a function Crash game unlike Twinsanity.

Naughty Dog Crash Bandicoot 1 started off the franchise and it wasn't perfect in comparison to Crash 3. The potential was shown, just like this game

@@MSCLeap75 i don't have any nostalgia for twinsanity and is still my favorite game do just like i did with Crash Bash,before i hated,but after i played again the story mode i loved the minigames,ost...etc and also after i played the original trlogy of the crash(and wrath of cortex) games for the 4325674293374923873 time i started to get bored because diferrent from mario 64,spyro etc is just like 2d games where you have to reach the goal while twinsanity they still do that,but they spicy things up with exploration,cutscenes,etc ...and i still love the original trilogy(and wrath of cortex)but i started to get bored and different from twinsanity i only remember the music when i playing but while is good is as catchy as twinsanity and the comedy oh the comedy i love the comedy of twinsanity while in the original trilogy(and wrath of cortex) i just laugh when cortex laughs or happens a glitch(which twinsanity has a lot glitches)and speaking of glitches even though the game is glitchy the glitches help you oh make you just laugh and what you mean by''unfocused devs.''?they were rushed because the big old mean vivendi universal just like wrath of cortex they forced the group to rush the team was amazing and i'm sure that with cut content togeter with a few tweeks here and there it will be a glourious remake
