Dearest Ladies of the Chateau ❤
I am soooo very happy for your success in your new venture & adventure at Puy Vidal ❤
I've been a fan from your channel production video #1 🎉😍🥰
If I can give just 1 feedback 🙏
❤ Please make your videos shorter to about 20 minutes ❤
I am thrilled every time I get a notification but unfortunately , I need to wait a few days more - to be able to carve out enough undisturbed time to be able to enjoy each new video to the maximum. I needed 4 sittings for this video as I now have a grandchild to babysit.
Many of us ladies wear many hats in our daily life - balancing our precious & limited time precariously, trying to fulfill our obligations.
      So my suggestions are :
❤ Make shorter videos of about 20 minutes long
❤ This will require less editing time per video on your part
❤ Our eyes want to devour literally everything that you film
❤ Splitting up all the footage that you have into many shorter episodes will be a win-win
❤ We are happy to get more videos with more to see
❤ You will get more views per video
❤ You will get more subscriber interaction which will boost your algorithm
❤ New viewers who happen to chance upon a "Puy Vidal Creative Retreat June 2024 - part 3/4" video , will definitely search for parts 1 , 2 & 4 to complete the series that they know they would love to enjoy. They will then search for other "Puy Vidal Creative Retreats" on your channel.
It's our natural human nature curiosity
❤ It is also our human nature to prefer to snack on a variety of tidbits rather than gorge ourselves on a single heavy dish
❤ Another aspect of human nature is our forgetfulness. We need to be constantly reminded. Please , please , please - get your viewers to Like , Subscribe & more importantly to boost your algorithm exponentially , to COMMENT & SHARE .
❤ You can either have these reminders verbally in your Intro or Outro , or you can have the 4 Graphics discretely set permanently in your frame to save you time.
💟 Looking forward to more production videos from your entire family , including the 3 furry family members 💟

As a Frenchman, I want to say thank you to the whole family for providing so much TLC to this beautiful part of our heritage. It's an honor to welcome such valuable migrants !
A lot of chateaus are in dire need of maintenance. Because of the French inheritance law, there are often tenths of co-owners of a property and it gets impossible to take decisions and the maintenance price is too high if you don't run a business with incomes. I know well the problem, having owned 2.5% of a big family property (sold now).
I've seen that you found a very special chef : she used to be an ancient Greek language university teacher. What a change of career !

You've created a lovely setting (and continue doing so-another role), hired staff (also another role to manage them & their functions), and videographers creating mini movies, so please know your viewers really appreciate the beauty and your 'movies.' They are beautiful!❤

Hi ladies and gentleman. I always love your videos and this one is just as beautiful. As I watch your videos I often think, “Gee he works well…she’s so clever…she’s a hard worker”, etc. I’ve come to the conclusion that you all put in equal parts of yourselves. Truly a labour of love! You’re doing great, you’re very professional and your passion alone will be your success. I know exactly how you feel. I hosted many Japanese farm stays (up to 4 nights per groups of 5 high school kids) on my property with only my young children helping. It was very tiring as we did all the cooking, housekeeping, farming activities, driving and entertaining with our guests. At times it’s 2-3 days between groups and sometimes a group would leave in the morning and another group arrive that same afternoon. Very demanding, but watching my children interact with and learn about a different culture was worth it and we still have contact with many of these students today. Your attention to detail is second to none! I hope you all have a great week.
    ❤Zeljka

Just stunning. How I wish I was there.
One hint I could give you was where you were doing the protective cover over the carpet for the indoor workshop. Buy two or three very large 'painters drop sheets'. In Australia we can get them in a very heavy-duty canvas/calico fabric. So nice and plain looking but will pick up any paint/water that falls on them. I know as I often kick a can of paint over when painting. It has saved me several times!
if you buy a few of them you could sew them together, so it just rolls out in one big piece. To wash them, you could just throw them on the driveway, give them a hose off and they would dry out on a hot day. That way you could roll back up and it is ready for the next painting workshop. That would save having to do all the sticky taping Julia was doing.
    Anyway, hope that idea helps.
    Cheers
    Liane

This video was a joy to watch from start to finish. You all seem so chill as you narrate your way from pre-arrival through to the group's departure. You all clearly know how to work as a team. I'm not sure what I enjoyed more--watching the team at work or seeing the paintings unfold. A double feature! Les quito el sombrero!

I felt like the whole video was a great work of art. Every angle, every shot was so beautiful and full of color and movement and life. I enjoyed this immensely. Well done

What a wonderful retreat! I can't wait to see what retreats you'll offer next year in 2025. I've been following y'all since seeing your chateau on The Chateau Diaries. Every time I watch one of your videos, I am so impressed with each of you. Many hopes I shall be a retreat guest in the future!

    Wow !
So interesting to see what goes into a workshop, you guys seem very organized and your guests were lovely.
Side note…….all the extra stone left over from the studio reno would make a beautiful fireplace in the studio to keep warm.

The studio is just perfect!! It’s so magical!! The studio gives it the mysterious and romantic feeling. Love love love it!! ❤❤❤❤
That’s so great learning the gardening, it is so rewarding!! It’s all about trial and error!! Boy that’s what I went through to become the best in gardening and canning. Sold my canned goods and farm eggs to a restaurant!!! It’s very rewarding!! Carolina, you are a very strong worker at whatever you do!!
France weather sounds exactly like tennessee!! Lol! Unpredictable!!😢
If I can pick up alittle from the art instructor, than he’s awful good!! And I would be a beginner!!!
When I start looking at chateau’s, hopefully we could rent rooms out , if your doing that kind of stuff. I watched you way from the beginning to now and you all have grown so much!! You jumped right into things and I love that!!
Great job to everyone!! It was an amazing episode!!
    Lots of love from Tennessee!!❤❤❤

Thank you so much for showing this wonderful art workshop the students must have felt extremely spoilt with all the care and attention they received from your beautiful family and staff. I only wish I were younger to experience a workshop like yours. Well done. ❤

You need a painters drop sheet for your floor and carpet, it’s waterproof underneath, when it gets paint marks on the liner it becomes a colourful work of art in itself. You use it over and over again.
