He owns his own production company and has been in a ton of movies etc. quite a few military ones so I'm assuming it's range experience as he's been acting since he was a kid and went to college to study film. He may even shoot in his spare time as you're right he handles a firearm extremely well.

There would have been more damage had the bottom of the paper target been weighted down. The wind from the bullets picked it up and I suspect at least half the bullets never touched the paper because it was horizontal almost immediately.
Just so you know the instructional video about wheelchair deference ultimately landed me on what professionals would call intensive probation. Point is I survived the encounter, and that's what matters.

Using his nonfiring hand to come over the top to clear that Barrett isn't something you normally see in amateurs or laymen. You can also notice that his finger immediately comes off the trigger when he finishes his shit & resets.
He's American, he probably learned to shoot before he learned to talk. Ok, I exaggerate, he learned how to re-stomp the groin first, then guns, then talking.
I like to think that he calls these guys without telling them that he's making a joke video, and these people come in thinking that he's going to give an actual lesson.

Ameridote clearly did far more damage to that target than quadzilla. I mean Master Kens target was just a piece of scrap dangling when he was done with it. the gun left its target still standing. Also, Master Ken looked way more in control of the guns when he was shooting them.
I'm still not sure hot the Barret made it into this, but.... pretty sure those were G3s.... And I loved the part where he says when we see paper targets wandering around....

Umm the Barrett is a bolt action so most people would actually operate the bolt with the right hand if they are shooting it right handed.
