I've been a subscriber for a few years. This is BY FAR the favorite series you have done. The more gold, the better. I hope this video goes viral.
He definitely is the Captain. Knowledge is priceless.
Keep the secret of the Alchemist brotherhood.
This was good.. But I enjoyed the jewellers carpet one most.. I think mainly because it drove him nuts 🤷🏻♂️😂
@@johnheckles8239- my Italian cousin had a jewelry shop in Rome. His shop was robbed a few times, and on at least one occasion, the thieves also cut and took the carpet from under his work table! Crazy
That's why numerous refiners use his methods as a training tool
Dad says “Cut!”, but lovely Lisa keeps filming for a few seconds more and we get to hear Sreetips let out a “WOO!” I think each one of us breathed a big sigh of relief right along with you! Great video!!
I let out a "WooHoo" before he did ! 😂
Pouring 40 grand would make me woo
Slab of shiny shiny GOOOOLD!!!😃😃😃
Glad he's armed
Yup.
I don't usually like to comment on youtube but you deserve some kudos for this... I know bars this size are somewhat unnecessary and uncomfortable, but for youtube this is a real crowd pleaser... Even those of us really interested in the chemistry and technique sometimes can't help but want to see big fat bar as a guilty pleasure, and man, you did it! You know the risks involved better than anyone but from the audience perspective, what a treat...
Good to see you have protection there with ya. Needed these days especially when that much gold is involved.
Awh thats a precious moment sreetips and his daughter pouring an absolutely stunning ingot never fails to impress me
What? I think you never fail to disappoint. Lol
@@Ydnar1155 meant to say impress but I had a serious brain fart
@@Ydnar1155 I meant to say in my original comment “never fails to impress” and “never disappoints”and my words got muddled together like i said brain fart didn’t realize till I saw your reply just now
That was fantastic sir! Thank you so much. It was absolutely perfect. I’ll call this a redemption bar from the last big bar that had the acetylene scar. I can’t imagine the stress of handling over $45k of molten metal while trying to film. Thank you for venturing outside of your comfort zone for us. This was a spectacular series. I think I held my breath for about 3 minutes.
Ha! I was holding my breath while adding gold powder to the hot crucible. Felt like I was turning blue.
That's the definition of a fun family project. Great job, very entertaining. You can almost feel the weight of it through the screen, beautifully done.
That sounded like you were very nervous. Very nice of you to give your beautiful daughter such a beautiful bar🎉 lol
I was nervous for S. I mean ‘sweaty palms’ nervous.
*sreetips* Bravo well done, thank-you sir for taking the time to bring us along. GOD Bless.
10:24 always stay protected when pouring a 40k bar lol
Man when you poured that bar my heart went haywire!! Great series! I always enjoy the chemistry and metallurgy.
i love how excited you are when the bar comes out good :D
Congratulations on the complete perfect process. I can only imagine the heart-rate and nervous excitement leading up to the pour, and the sheer delight after. It is a thing of beauty
I like the big bar format. It seems a lot more nerve wracking for your, but the color of the solution and the end product are just amazing. Great job.
This series of videos will be by far my most enjoyable and most memorable. All your videos are great but you really pushed the boat out here. Thankyou for sharing.
😍 wow that is a beautiful bar, the pour lines are amazing. Jaw dropping!
Great to see your daughter getting involved too! She looked so happy, and proud too.
I hope to share these kinds of experiences with my sons when they are older (6, and 3).
They grow up so fast!
@@sreetips That they do.
Thanks for all your work this year, Sreetips. Happy New Year. ❤❤❤
Prettiest camera assistant I've seen in a long time. At today's spot price, > $45K for the bar. Don't let Mrs. Sreetips spend it all in one place.
What a beauty!...and the gold looks great too!😊
Magnificent sreetips! That was an awsome pour! My favorite series so far! Specially liked that sneak peak of ur pew pew right on ur pour table close at hand!!!!!
I saw that too and thought it was prudent both to have one close by and to show it on camera. It was good to have it nearby in case someone got funny ideas while he was pouring it. It was good to show it in the video to deter anyone who might get a funny idea in the future.
Good catch!
Look like a Glock maybe? That was pretty cool sneak peek!
Three things never cease to amaze me: the quality of your contents, the dimension of your flasks, and the effectiveness of your counterweights (12:00) 😂
The ass was beyond kicked on this one. Thanks again for another great series Sir! Merry Christmas!!
Merry Christmas!
Whoa. that's like $45,000 of gold. It's amazing that 2 years of all of my bills fits into such a tiny little chunk of metal. This stuff never fails to blow my mind.
Awwww. She’s so pretty. You are a good dad and very proud I’m sure. ❤
Stunning bar 😍 at 12.01 I see you had protection in the form of lead 🔫 in case the pour got interrupted lol 😂
Mr. Glock had a cameo!
Couple drops of sulfuric acid for that lead
Counterweight for the gas bottle.
That gold powder looks AMAZING. Wow. Merry Christmas to you and your family Sreetips! Thank you for the content! 💪💪
Prospectors should remember this color.
Look for it in the wild when out in the field.
Unmistakable.
Seen soils very much this color near rivers.
Look for it on bedrock.
It's amazing that a chunk of shiny yellow metal at that weight today is worth $45,519. That's insane!
Back in 1970 gold was “fixed” at $35 per ounce. So 23.5 ounces of gold back then was seven hundred eighty seven bucks. By contrast, a million bucks in the bank today will buy the same amount of goods and services that twenty grand did back then. That’s how much our currency has declined over the last fifty years.
THIS is why I have respect for you. This is why what you're doing makes sense. I was one who had to ask the age old profit question then came to understand that this IS money. Making a profit is not your goal and I respect that so much in this world. By the way sir I met Jason at ARA today, what a character!
That's probably why he had that glock there. I too would be packin heat if I had that much gold. Hell, my 9 Oz bag of casting grain gold is sitting next to my Sig P226.
@@nathanlewis5682 Damn, I was so focused on the crucible that I needed to go back to the video to check if there was really a gun there 🤣
I needed a counterweight for the ring stand holding the gas bottle.
Always amazing, thanks again for sharing!!
That bar was beautiful and worth so much more than the monetary value of 45.5K! What a wonderful series SREETIPS and fam! I feel privileged to be viewing such a feat! Bravo 👏 👏
I'm so glad you and your family have such a supportive relationship, it really seems like y'all respect & love each other a lot.
We are truly thankful.
The wait was worth it! Absolutely incredible!!!!!!!!!!
$45,886.38 Exactly to today's price of Gold...Mstr. Ch., that is an Absolute Beauty!! The gold bar looked ok too!! 😂❤...Tell your daughter I'm a great cook!!! Lol 😅...That was some series Ch. And you have to get yourself a large silicone funnel...That scooping was making me crazy! Well done! 👍 👏...Rangers Lead The Way...
RANGERS LEAD THE WAY 🇺🇸
Great reveal of the crucible in the intro.
You are a legend. A joy to see.
I absolutely loved this series! I've wanted you to do this.
I felt those "Oh yeahs!" Hahaha! You put in a TON of work to get that beautiful brick, good job dude 👍🏻👍🏻
i vote for the gold to be modelled by your beautiful daughter in every video!
This series is absolutely outstanding.
Oh man, proud of you dude it's been a joy watching your channel grow to the point your able to do stuff like this. Well-deserved indeed! Who could not get excited over seeing something like this man its beautiful. Hope you, your friends, family and all the viewers have a good Christmas and new year. God bless yall.
Merry Christmas!
Great work, Chief! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!
Lmao love the Glock sitting there under the tripod @12:00 as a "don't try anything silly"... 😂
If you notice, there’s a brick parked behind the graphite mold to hold it in place so it wouldn’t move as I rested the crucible on the edge of the mold during the pour. I had it sitting on the ring stand as a counter weight. I needed something kind of heavy to keep the gas bottle from toppling. So I used my lead dispenser to replace the brick that I removed. That’s it. Simple as a pimple.
Hahahahahaha!! I guess when your house is basically Fort Knox, you had better have some protection. Lol
You rocked this one Sreetips. Loved the build up to the final pour. I understand the anxiety about getting it right. I did a little experiment and melted down 3.5 oz of ingots to make a round by melting it in a massive chefs potato from Maine and it came out awesome. Had to work the borax off the top a little but what a feeling after your done. Your bar came out beautifully. Be proud. God bless
5% hot sulfuric will dissolve the borax off in minutes.
Aww Sreetips, it's a Christmas Miracle bar, haha, brilliant series of videos and great to see your daughter getting in on the action, looked like she was buzzing. Awesome stuff man 👍
That has got to be one of the most beautiful bars I've ever seen! Very Nice!
I love this channel.
Lisa did a great job 👊🏻 There is no way she wasn’t cooking while trying to keep the camera steady as she leaned over that oven and hot crucible 😂🔥 Professional grade
That was AWESOME!!
Absolutely gorgeous very well done sir thank you for sharing this series with us six stars sir
That's good stuff Man keep doing what you do and thank you and all who served because stuff like this is what it is about much respect.
and happy holidays to you and your family.
What a monster gold bar..
Loved every second, thanks for sharing!
Great video, and great job!
Awesome series! Awesome bar!
Glad to be early to this one cant wait to see this monster bar
I've never heard you sound like you had gold fever until this video, that bar took your breath away! Mine as well! ;-)
Hi Ya & best wishes. SuperB! Thanks for work. Be Happy. Sevastopol/Crimea.
Brilliant series, Sreetips. Perfect refining, precipitation, and pour.
Congratulations Sreetips! That is awesome man!
This is the reason you are my go to for gold processing”Great Job” I’ll be looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Cheers
Best video yet!
I now know what beautiful looks like. And the bar looked great too. 😊
What a beauty. The tension and the sense of relief were palpable 😂
You KNOW you're in Monster territory when you get a brand new "megapint" crucible for the pour You're gonna need a bigger stamp :)
What a gorgeous pour. Bravo!
Wow Sreetips never ceases to amaze...balls of steel.
Wow!! Amazing work and so much effort! Thank you for sharing such a cool series with the world!
Totally amazing! My kid just turned 17 and it's my greatest joy in life to converse with her, have her assist me with any project at all, to answer her questions (though she's already smarter than me!). Thanks for sharing!
Mine a smart one too. In middle school I kept telling her that she was smarter than most others. Didn’t know if she was or not. But I think it helps build their confidence. She graduated sixth in her class of six hundred. Then went on to a BA in Music. Now she has a Masters in Nursing. Sorry for bragging, I can’t help it because I’m so proud of her!
@@sreetips It's a dads right to brag about his kid!
Unbelievably amazing
Nice and Beautiful! The bar looks awesome as well!.😂😂 Well done Kevin! I cant imagine holding a 1.5 lb bar of gold! Wow.
Thank you for introducing us to your daughter.
A stunning bar Sreetips And an absolutely beautiful daughter as well congratulations .
Fantastic job. Was interested to see how this one would go, as youtube had recommended some of your previous videos on large pours recently. Happy it went well and looking forward to what comes next.
I enjoy your work👌
Holy crapoly I was sweating with ya on that one. Nice job my man!
Oh man, I just watched the last 2 episodes back to back, I was on edge watching you fill that crucible repeatedly. I'm not sure what is more satisfying, seeing that beautiful monster bar, or hearing your reaction when making it. Well done sit, I've been following you for quite a while now, and seeing you succeed like this is a beautiful thing! Thank you for all you do, I can't express how much I truly enjoy it! Bill Borgeson-Brooklyn, NY
Thanks Bill
Great outcome! I was wondering, because I remember you doing a larger-than-average bar some time ago, and it was such a pain that you said you weren't going to do another one bigger than 5 ounces again. Guess you've got more experience under your belt now, and it shows! Beautiful bar!
I’m glad that it’s over. But, never say never.
Epic series!
Awesome video series
I was on the edge of my seat each time you put more gold in the crucible! Beautiful bar!!!!
That is so beautiful! I would love to have one of those. Great job!
Great, now I want one!!!
That’s one heck of a bar!
Wow, that was eye-popping!! May there be many more of those in your near future! :) Merry Christmas, brother
Merry Christmas!
Great job!
What a BEAST! Congratulations!!
Maravilloso te felicito 🎉 eres el mejor, sigo aprendiendo mucho con tus videos, gracias ❤
It's a beauty, you worked hard for that one!
Amazing! You sounded so happy and that bar came out so good. Thank you from the UK 🎉
It was a relief.
I hope to be rolling like you one day... I'm scrapping cell phones & computers right now, just learning how it's done, but I want to be casting bars like that! And Lisa is even more lovely with a huge gold bar in her hands! Lol! So you make lovely women & lovely gold bars... kudos sir! 🖖🏿😎👍🏿
I almost passed out from holding my breath when he pulled that crucible out. What a gorgeous bar.
I was holding my breath too. Felt like I turned blue.
Even this precious piece of gold is not worth as much as these beautiful professional and didactic videos. Congratulations!
Love what u do,and the gold bar looks amazing so pretty well done 👏👍😀 😊😊
Well done!! That's a gorgeous one.
Cameo of a certain item @12:00 makes perfect sense, given the current gold price. What a ride!
Love watching a master of their craft.
That bar is insane.
You're an absolute legend.
Outstanding purity on that bar!
Nice bar of gold!
Wow! Nice work sir!
Absolutely colossal!
Thank you for all your efforts, sreetips!
