Pardon...but systolic is the upper digits over the line that is 98(101 unassisted)/diastole is the lower digit below the line 48(unassisted 53)
You had your systolic and diastolic reference backwards....might wanna double check video before publishing

Why is it called pump if it dont pump the blood? :) impella pumps blood but not iabp
Because it’s causing back pressure to “pump” back into the coronaries to prefuse them in cardiogenic shock or post MI
