There are 2 things far worse than haunted houses. A haunted passenger airplane and a haunted submarine. With a haunted house you can at least run away.
@@konichivalue There are recorded incidents of haunted submarines. UB 65 during WW1 and USS Croaker and USS Torsk both WW2 vessels. There are probably more but kept secret because openly talking about ghosts on a ship you are serving om may end up killing your career in the Navy. As for haunted airplane. Try an entire haunted air fleet. ruclips.net/video/v8gc0_PCyuM/видео.html
Considering the history of Japan and the small size of the country I doubt there's a square meter of land left where someone hadn't died in some way. And considering how many things are stigmatized in Japan the ghosts are your least worry. So just get a house for dirt cheap and enjoy, without worrying about unrelated things like this.
surprisingly interesting stuff; loved it! that aside, i think that i won't mind buying stigmatized property as long as it's cheap enough; aren't we being disrespectful to the effort put into construction by the builders of a house if we avoid that place due to a few unfortunate accidents? as long as it's confirmed to be a completely safe place, shouldn't we consider it as an option to show our respect? (this comment is my attempt at trying to think about stigmatized property like a japanese person except in a relatively positive way)

Have you ever been in either? Would be incredibly spooky to be in a haunted airplane or submarine for sure!

Ghosts can follow you.
Living in Brazil I can think of much worse things to find inside my house or on a dark alley.

I just finished "Ghostwire: Tokyo" today, and now you inform me about the ghost situation in Shibuya.
A coincidence, ...or fate?
Oooh, that is actually very spooky
Could they also make a map of the locations of the companies where their employees have died from karoshi?
Did you know that Japan has less suicides than the US?
Yeah, I'm from Europe. Haunted houses are normal here so I'm not really scared.

I’ve already tried this approach realtors wont sell to foreigners unfortunately.
You just got the wrong realtor.
Yes, I’m sure that was the dilemma for every prefecture I’ve inquired about.
Y'all better forget about the spoopy bullshit. If it's cheap, take it. Not your fault some of the natives are backwards.
