  • Cambridge Professor Paul Deveraux, an archaeo-acoustician who researches the area of archaeology and acoustics has visited many ancient sites and temples analysing the ritual use of sound. He discovered that cairns in Ireland even though they are made of different materials and are of different sizes, all resonate at the frequency of 111hz.
During the summer of 2019 I continued my exploration of several cairns and caves with a variety of sound healing instruments including the 111hz Tuning Fork. In this video I am humbly offering the sacred sound to this wonderful calcite Dragon in Mitchelstown Caves, Co Tipperary. What a joy to meet her!
MRI scans suggest that at exactly 111hz the brain switches off the prefrontal cortex deactivating the language centre and temporarily switches from left to right-sided dominance. This induces a state of meditation or trance which was undoubtedly used to connect to higher states of conciousness, to commune with the Gods, An Sidhe, Elementals and various Otherworldly beings for guidance, healing etc in ancient Ireland. Thanks to the rediscovery of these sacred frequencies we can do the same today! Just one way to aid commune with Dragons :)
On a physical level 111Hz is associated with the production of endorphins, it assists in cell rejuvenation and regeneration, pain relief and mood elevation. It can increase feelings of overall well-being and improves focus and memory.
Mitchelstown Cave is a limestone cave near Burncourt, County Tipperary, Ireland. Situated 12 kilometres from Mitchelstown, County Cork, it became the first cave in Ireland to be developed for the public in 1972. The cave is located in the townland of Coolagarranroe, off the R639 between Mitchelstown and Cahir.
