Vietnamese banh mi is a famous street food in Vietnam. It is made from baguette bread, grilled to a crispy texture and seasoned with spices. The bread is spread with a layer of fatty pate, then stuffed with grilled pork, pork sausage, sausage, lettuce, cucumber and onions.
