I tried both these places when I visited Vietnam and they are soooo different from eachother. The bbq pork was awesome and more reminiscent of the types of banh mi we eat in Australia but the one from Huynh Hoa blew me away. It was everything I expected from a Traditional banh mi and totally worth the price. I think about it often ❤

It's funny that every single RUclipsr goes to the exact same food places 🤣 in HCM. HCMC has thousands of Banh Mi shops, and you guys all go to the exact same place😂. OMG! HCM city has 24 districts with thousands of street food, try explore and experience different banh mi shops. Traveling is all about experience and exploring. Many banh mi shops are way better and more delicious than this place.

When building a channel, you also need exposure and need to understand the baseline of what people consider a good version. Then you can explore other places too. You’ll see in upcoming videos I don’t just film the same ones as everyone else :)

In Melb Australia, we have a shop close by, they charge $12, for a longer roll but very little filling, and they use cos lettuce. 🤷‍♀️ It’s not an authentic Vietnamese Bahn Mi roll 🇻🇳 We can get a really good one, but you have to shop around. 😊
